Booted three times today with this BIOS (just for testing it) and the HDD recognition was OK.
And again, thanks for sharing this beta!

M4A89GTD Pro-USB3
BIOS 1503
Bug: I disabled the on board LAN in the bios, but it doesn't work. It still shows up in windows.
Any progress update on the M4A79T Deluxe?
@mR Yellow
Yes, Bios 3205 is available now for your board

Thanx. I wonder if thats the only thing changed. I hope Voltage settings have been fixed.
I guess it really is the only change since the M4A79 and M4A79T seem to have the same "changes".
What kind of voltage issue did you mean anyway?
The M4A79 (AM2+) still has that 0.05V Vdroop under load (ok 0.025 cause the CPU Voltage on idle already is 0.025 below the bios setting).
I wonder if there is any chance that ASUS will fix / optimize this one day.
Never really got an answer yet. ASUS Support ignored it and bingo13 ignored it too :(
Any update for the M3A79-T dlx? After the beta bios that came out earlier this month? Its very buggy and giving me issues.
same here with the m4a79t bios, been able to hit 4ghz stable on my 1055, also running 4x2GB mem at 1600 with 7-6-6-18-24-1t pretty stable with 2700NB, about 5 hours into prime95.
I actually had to change turbo on, set it to manual and change the multi to what my multi was set to, then turn it off to successfully post though, tried changing voltages and all sorts of things I guess it just didn't clear the settings correctly, no big deal though seems rock stable now with 300FSB :)
glad this bios is out for the m4a79t, or at least would be however my 1090t that passed countless hours of prime and countless hours of linx is not stable any longer.. it won't pass one run of linx, like litterally one pass at the exact samme settings, i ran defaults updated bios reset ran defaults again, and then cleared cmos with a batter pull.
started up the computer ran my settings, linx crashes within seconds, exact same settings. Did the usual, turned of turbo, manually set ram timings, all the goods stuff.. any ideas.. i'm working with a 1090t, was stable 1.525 at 4.2Ghz
o man , i am really expecting a big bang concerning the next bios for CHIV . It sure is taking a loong time . my 0801 is running completely stable now , altough i would like to see improvement in the C1E/speedstep and turbo CORE section , since now all 6 cores are running full speed all of the time . Which is boring :)
hi bingo,
will in the upcoming bios of the M3N-HT deluxe the missing P-State (P3 / 800MHz) be fixed?
Also there seems to be an quite big difference on this board between VID setted by K10stat (for example) and really set to CPU, i.e. I set 1.43V VID and the board makes 1.54V (Asus PC-Probe) aout of it - it seems to raise not linear, as i.e. 1.3V VID are only 1.32V real or 1.35V VID 1.38V real ...
I gotta say thank you to bingo and the asus team, i practically expected asus to forget the m4/m3/m2 series with the release of the 890 goodies, but i do have a new bios that fixes the pstate and allows me to do some bios oc'ing for once. Only one issue though binge...
The bios is actually not allowing the same oc that i was getting with 3107 using kstat, i've tried all the normal things upping the voltage, turning off turbo core, underclocking and loosening latencies.. still it crashes within seconds.
my findings based on the limited time i had on the 3205 bios is that the northbridge clocks went up about 200Mhz easy, and i haven't tested further, the voltage seems to be taking when i set it.
i can also oc via the fsb with little stability and my memory seems to oc much further than 3107, by about also 200mhz.. timings may have not been taking or what not, but it's working fine now
only thing i'm seeing is the oc not being stable where t was previously stable.. i have the mem in the far outside slots atm and i haven't tried the other slots to try and remove that possibility however i'm gonna give it a try in a sec.
M3N-HT Deluxe ver 3106 Bios download
I have not tried it myself. Still trying to decide if I need to replace my Socket 1366 with and AM2/3 AMD
Oh, forgot to say, the double reset that was needed after a crash/hang/bsod for the Crosshair IV is gone in bios 0905. Pressing the reset button once now makes the system post again. :) Good work Asus.
you should be able to do 4050mhz easy, 4.2 I dunno depends on your chip.
CPU: 1.42 (differs per batch so play around)
FSB: 300
Multi: 13.5x
NB: 2700 MHz (maybe 3000 if you increase the voltage and only have 4GB memory)
CPU-NB: 1.35 (due to 8GB mem @ 1600, still trying to make it more stable)
HT: 2100 Mhz
HT Voltage: 1.2v
be warned, you're going to be playing with the memory timings a bit to make it run correctly due to the high FSB and the way Asus calculates the values it still thinks the memory is 1066MHz and clings to those type of sub-timings for some reason.
mine for example wouldn't post until I changed the memory TWR to 10, then I put it at 12 when I added another 4GB.
hopefully that helps you a little, I found that after 329 FSB my system would simply go no higher so I think around 320-325 tops on this board, could be different per revision of it but I don't know for sure.
