I think I'm gonna go with the POM top, one because I think the Copper top is ugly and I can add a Supreme LT to the mix by saving a few bucks.

Sounds very good, will be interesting to see if the LT will be able to beat the Koolance 350 and Supreme LT. Can't believe you would notice much difference based on the tops.

No I agree also the cooper one is very tacky! now nickle would have been nice.

I want to order the LT HK today but Gary doesnt Have any back-plates left. Does any other backplate work with the HK??

Mcoffey is using the Koolance backplate with his.

At least I know there's another option. WC should have been thoughtful enough to simply tack on a few dollars to the selling price and included ALL needed mounting HW.

The EK one looks like the best bet since it bolts through without threaded holes....I have to choose one of these, I don't mind improvisation! I jimmy-rigged my Fuzion V2!:D

I think the thread sizes are different. On the HK block it looks like it is a M4. Do you know what size is on the Thermalright?

That would be nice if it worked as I am also looking for a backplate.

I like the look of copper too, but the symmetry and layout of that top is just not pleasing to my eye. The POM has more contrast and while I still think its ugly, I'd rather have the POM in my collection versus the copper top.

Now, if I were running a chiller...looks be damned, I want to extra mass of the copper top. Thats what you need ShoNuff...a chiller. :stick:

My HK LT 3.0 arrived today! With a backplate! XD That one it was out of stock on normal page of Sidewindercomputer... but in their checkout page, at the bottom of the page in their recommended product part, it was a link for the backplate... even knowing it was out of stock i added to cart... and i don´t know how but they sent me one! XD No.. is not the 775 backplate... I bought the EK Top for D5 too... this thing is damm huge!

Also... they lowered the cost in the printed receipt so even i did not had to pay a tax for international arrives! Definetely ill be going to do more bussines with Gary!

What temps are you seeing at what voltage? Also which of the two radiators do you have on the CPU block?

Anyone seen flow test of the LC vs LT? Just wonder if the LT is much more restrictive as I will probobly use a XSPC Duel bay pump and therefore have some limited flow, and if its alot more restrictive, the performance gain the LT have over the LC might vanish due to lower flow.

I would still go with the LT, I have almost the same flow as when I had a Fuzion V2. There won't be any gain from getting the LC over th LT....
