I'm so tempted, but I have to restrain myself until I find a D0 stepping 920 and a Thor's Hammer. And d'oh! Corsair is OOS on Dominator GTs, so add that to my list. :shakes:

Does this motherboard follow the standard atx motherboard hole spacing I see a few extra holes for the standoffs.

Yup, it perfectly follows E-ATX standard.

Where can I find more information on this? I'm about ready to upgrade, but I can wait a few more month's if newer stuff is coming out. Also, this does do crossfire right? I can't find anywhere on evga's website that says it does. Thanks.

Turns out the chipset revision only took care of a couple of errata points, no real performance difference seen at the moment. The DO steppings are where the performance increase are suppose to come from but most es do's don't do much more than current chips. A very reliable source has not had much luck clocking his do es sample but will have retail chips next week to try out. We can only hope the the es do's were purposely limited to some degree and the retail versions are better.

As for you upgrade, wait and see how the do's do. Also it's rumored the classified will have a non nf200 bridge chip version available as well and that the non nf200 version reaches higher bclks.

This has been quashed by Jacob at EVGA. The non-NF200 was a tester but it is not a production board, supposedly.

So, as of now, the Classified will not do crossfire then and will not in the future, correct? I guess I'll have to try the DFI or Foxconn mb then, bummer. Thanks for the information.

If I remember correctly, any x58 can do crossfire. I am planning on jumpin on the i7 bandwagon with D0 920 and this board with the corsair GT and a 4890 to go with my 4870x2.
