No, 1.55v @ bios = 1.55v 3D and if u put 1.65v @ bios = 1.65v 3D and so on...

After you did the hardmod(for the biosmod to work) you can use RBE(Radeon Bios Editor) to change the voltage inside the bios, then flash the card(s) with ATiflash. :)Quote:
