Well as long as the block covers the IHS, you just need a new adapter plate. Heck I could make a crude one in my garage in less than an hour.

I don't understand the reasons why intel chose this naming, but they're definitely going to sell a lot a these anyhow, even if it's called intel's own your ass chip
