Hi BlueAqua, are you using 2 o-rings to seal against the GTZ and NB block recesses? Or to provide enough "squish" to rotate the barbs to the proper angle?

Both reasons actually. I was hoping I'd get lucky and the barbs would align, but they wouldn't. Since the Swiftech GTZ and chipset block have a recessed o-ring there is a gap that needs to be filled. With only one O-ring the metal is pressed right against the derlin, and I doubt the O-ring is compressed at all. So an extra O-ring not only ensures it'll seal but also provides a little more play so I could align the barbs. It worked out really well I have to say. We'll see if it leaks or not since O-ring to O-ring isn't necessarily a good thing.Quote:

In that picture it is Tygon 3603 3/8" ID 1/2" OD. I'm actually pleasantly surprised just how good it still looks. We'll see after a year or so, who knows, maybe even more.Quote:
