Hi Charged..
Temps are 33C Idle 42-43C Load
I think this is probably as high as I'm going to get. I tried adding voltage up to 1.53v for 3.9Ghz but no luck, BSOD'd 3mins into AOD Stability test..all tests..!! Can't get much higher on HT Ref Clock either as RAM won't OC much higher and be stable..!!
I might gain a little on the NB and HT speeds....but not sure its worth it...!!
There's a rumour around that PII doesn't like NB speeds over 2.0Ghz, apparently a CPU killer...!! I've not seen any evidence of it here, was wondering if anyone has heard anything about it...??? or is it a repeat of the whole RAM voltage story of Agena...??
I am running 2600HT 2600NB and 3ghz Core. I am going to run a 3.8ghz run after supper. I am confused at why my score is higher then yours Kazgirl???

3DMark Vantage Score: P15640
CPU Score: 12491
Graphics Score: 17076
Highest official "P" score, at this time, for someone with a 4850 or 4850x2 video card.
(There are a few scores ahead of me with unofficial drivers. Someone with an E8600@4.8Ghz and using 4x4850 cards... and another PHII 940 with trifire. The Phenom is by someone named antman56 and is clocked 170Mhz less than mine... but it appears his graphics cards are clocked higher which gives him a 200 point advantage overall. I've not pushed my cards yet because they crash using the "test" routine so I just put them at a fairly conservative value. BTW: Antman56 posted some scaling analysis on the forums at toms and anandtech.)

3DMark Vantage Score: H10257
CPU Score: 10263
Graphics Score: 10256
Highest "H" score, at this time, for someone with 4850 or 4850x2 video cards.
NOTE: I was running this at the same speed settings as used for the P score... but the application crashed a few times. I ended up at STOCK before I figured out it wasn't the overclock making it crash; I had to delete the program's CACHE to get it to work. But I didn't bother re-running at the overclocked speeds YET.)
============
My "stock" for the P benchmark is: (Stock CPU/GPU)
P13697
10516 CPU
15233 GPU
===================
ADDED NOTE: And all it took was me blowing up one of my 4850's. So then I had to either buy a new one... OR get a 4850x2. Since I don't have room for 3 single cards... I splurged.
Now I cannot run Vantage at all. Even at all stock settings.... What driver is everyone using for Windows 7?
If I can get vantage running and I can figure out away to stuff the other 4850(all reference) in my system I'll give it a go too.
I had problems, as I mentioned, with the cache when I tried using the "H".
I had to delete all files in the cache directory:
C:\ProgramData\Futuremark\3DMark Vantage\cache
I think my problem came because it was running and I had pushed it a bit too hard so it crashed. I think that this caused one of the cache files to get corrupted... and since it was still trying to use it... it wouldn't work.
So it wouldn't hurt to delete all files in that directory and then trying again.
I'm probably going to run the "H" test again soon at my current max stable. (I'm tired of people telling me that the Phenom II can't handle multiple video cards.)
I am a morron, lol, I was looking in "program files"...I found it. Also, I ran it at 3.8ghz and my score took a poo...12,148..:confused: I am like what the heck. I have UAC off btw. I did have to run a repair on Physx install so it would finish the CPU test. Now my score is very low. I wonder what happened
Not sure what happened but maybe that explains why your 3Ghz score was higher, not sure how or why or what its done, but maybe it was retrieving an old CPU test score from the cache..??? :confused::shrug::confused:
What was your score now.. that you thought was low, is it comparable to other similar 3.0Ghz scores..???

You have to reinstall windows 7 now. I had that problem for a while until I reloaded windows. I tried to install new drivers and it would just hang at detecting hardware.

Darn it! <insert sound of screaming>
I had the high 3dMark Vantage score for systems using 4850 cards from February 13th up until yesterday. (With my score of P15640.)
Someone in Germany with a Q9550 clocked at 4.365Ghz has now beat my score. Oh well. I'm not really surprised... it was just a matter of time.
At least I had the high record for systems using this video card for 10 days. (BTW: You have to look at "4850 x2" GPUs to find my scores.)
