fantastic work mate!!!!
love the sleeving super clean job!
Some lessons in sleeving can really be taken from this thread!
[OT] - Where are you located in Surrey? I'm just outside of Weybridge.
looks really good mate - got to say I had a fairly similiar idea and looks like I may proceed with the idea because I wasn't sure how it'd look but it sure does look good :D
What size sleeving are you using for the diffrent stuff? (i.e: what for molex, what for sata cables etc) (in mm)
@ mankz, hes said at least twice where he is located! :p
insane sleeving :D looks awsome.
AMAZING Sleeving bro!!!
Very good clean work!!
Cheers!
i like the custom 24pin very much
awesome work
Any updates m8 ?
I can't wait anymore
I don't know how I have never noticed this tread before!
+1 for same mobo as me
+1 for same PSU as me
+1 for very very impressive sleeving.
+1 for very good taste
This has now become my favorite project in progress, I wish you lived in southern California so I could take sleeving lessons from you
wow, very nice work on the sleeving, now i have something else to do this summer :D edit: what gauge wire do you use, and what connectiors for making the wires/connectors
Hi i have been away for a few days so no update but now im back so small update is comming
I have put my system together and is fully working.
This is how pump is mounted and a small T-line is not to small to bleed but is difficult to fill in.

More update to come soon and next tuesday case is going to powdercoaters for 30GBP i think that is cheap as chips.
Is going to be semi gloss
I cant wait to see results.
really, really nice build
right angle connection between the pump and the rad must be very restrictive though...
that is a really cool way to setup the pump/tubing.. just curious if you have run water through it to see how much, if any, the right angle effects the flow..
I really like it though as its very neat and tidy, takes up alot less room than using a res..
CCC
Wow that is really neat and short tubing.
@Mcoffey
As long as he fills the system(will be abit of a hassle) before he starts it, it wont be much of a problem. And when the system is fully bled it wont matter at all.
Well there is water going to be coming back along the return, so it isn't like the pump is having to "suck" the water through to feed itself. Plus, there is that short T as well... Is it really going to put that much more stress on it?
considering there is one component in each loop? so long as the pump isnt starved and he doesn't run into any relaibility problems, the flow will be more than adequate. The powdercoating for mine was very reasonable (about same price). Is pretty standard really, i think we are used to seeing computer retailers offering powerdercoating at double/tripple the price! so think we are getting a cheap deal, when it is them that are overpricing!
Very impressive work there Matias23.... I really like what you did with the sleeving.
Can't wait to see some more pics once you get that case painted!!
this is probably better mounting for his pump, rather than what he previously had in mind.
i also don't know about having the pump suckin for feed, like sparky said, in a closed loop, water flow is supposed to be continuous right? ...
filling up loop: couldn't you add another barb to that fillport and add some extra length tubing?
System is all blead and running.
CPU Temps are 29-32 at idle not tested at stress yet
GPU Temps are 25-28 at idle not tested at stress yet
Ambient temp?¿¿?
Nice build! Very very clean!

So after some advise from U XS users i decided to change idea of pump mounting and i come up with this.
http://i287.photobucket.com/albums/l...4972Medium.jpg
This little support the pump and holds everything together
