you shouldnt need to adjust clock skew etc to be able to run at stock speed...
i dont want you to get any more frustrated or annoyed... just send it back and have them check it for you.
if the kit is fine they wil send it back riht away, and if its broken they will replace it for you.
your from italy right? just contact gennaro and im sure you dont even need to send it to germany for an rma, he can probably check the kit for you in italy and maybe he can give you some tips to get it stable. i still dont think there is anything wrong with the kit... it must be a bios or bios configuration thing...

so whos got the nerv to recomend this sticks at this moment?

Hello. I address on this forum for the first time and I hope to me will help with my problem.
My configuration:
E3110
X48-T3RS
2x1Gb Cellshock BLUE 1866GHz
XFX GTX260 XXX
Silverstone DA650
I CPU seems stable in OCCT in a current of 6-8 hours 450x9. My memory allows to be loaded in OS using a thong 400/1600 with pressure 1.93-1.95V... But is extremely not stable. Pressure increase leads BSOD or "the black screen" stiffens...
I used in BIOS:

Perhaps I should change your memory in the BIOS, but many settings DFI does not allow me to do it right quickly.

no i'm still with x38 & DDR2, so not so soon, perhaps later this year

and my mems are in rma, transcend is not continuing producing PC9600

so they've send the money back... i'm wondering what sticks should i replace

OcUK have these on special for half the price of the black 1800s at the moment. I may dip in at this price, they look as if they could be fun toys. Still love my black 'uns though, they've been rock solid since I got 'em when Saaya first announced them.

Yep, online. They're in Stoke-on-Trent, about 170 miles up country. If you're from the US, I wouldn't bother tbh as your component prices are about 50% - 60% of ours. One of life's great mysteries.

i was so used to DDR2 that at the begin i was finding it very hard to set cas 7
or even cas 8 at 2000MHz... :shakes:

i'm up to set 5GHz with E8600 at Cas 7 2000MHz 1T performance level 7
we'll see what results i can pull of with x48. i'k not very interested in stability at this point
later i'll do some prime but at lower frequencies.

Heh, ordered them at 3:51 yesterday afternoon, got 'em about 10:30 this morning, here we go (about 1.9v real). lol at the SPD. I should add that NB is at 1.4v:

try 1.75-1.85 vNB for 900-1000mhz cl7 1T strap 333 ;) and play with ddr skew control channel a and b
2.0v is too much for 1866 speed
my kit easily run 1866 8-8-8-16 1.71v 2T of course.

with rampage II extreme this sticks really shine as you said mikeguava at the
time with P5E3 Deluxe i think. i have passed Rampage extreme X48, P6T deluxe,
P6T deluxe v2, Evga classified X58 E6759 limited editon EC, and nothing
even came close to this 2074MHz at 8-8-8-16 1T and 2105MHz 9-9-9-18 1T

from 1.9v to 2.09v theres no limits with this asus

i belive they can do even better and imagine i'm using 6 sticks no problem.

Going to give it a shot with Evga Classified X58 E760
With Rampage Extreme X48 my best was 2000MHz really

With Amd was a bit harder with the bios i was using at the moment
could not do better then than 1700MHz

For me besides the part that these are 1GB sticks and with 1.7v ~ 2.1v voltages
Cellshock blue are the best DDR3 ram i've ever tested

I haven't seen Cellshock for a long time. Why did they stop making new kits?
