No.......He'll be here in Hellas late Sept or early Oct to play together....Vince and Shamino.....:D
Unless you meet us here in Vegas for CES 2008.
Opp and others will also be here that week.
Take note of the color choice ;)
Do you mean red=evil, bad? ;)
Hipro5: Lookin forward to an OVP mod.
k|ngp|n: Sorry about being persistant V but there's only some GPU's I am insterested in. ;)
 Sounds like some serious benching sessions worldwide in the future!
vince if u break 27k with sli its like breaking 28k with xfire (kinda)... its the ultimate challenge but youre the right candidate ;)
i enjoy benching on p35 boards a lot more, but i also prefer benching nvidia cards, too bad they dont go hand in hand
You sure about that Sham? ;) Jason @ 4961MHz vs George @ 4980...

My apologies for the threadjack...
Certainly agreed...but Vince is fully capable of running well past 1 GHz GPU stable.
Same thing I see here so far..
Both guys cards "about" maxed out on each respective platform, cpu mhz within 20mhz maybe xfire platform is only marginally faster due to higher fsb. The xfire platform doesnt even really shine until you use 10x with 510+ fsb.
Been running lots of compares with ddr2/ddr3 blitz platform in xfire with a whole range of cpu clocks from air up to 5118mhz :D
Took me about an hour and half to run both of these on DDR2/DDR3 blitz platform ROFL...no mods at all only bios flash on the cards for overclock thats it!! You think this is hard eh Kinc?? :p: :p:
Maybe little tougher with gpus on ln2 but same deal if/when I put cards on LN2, only bios flash no overl:banana::banana::banana::banana:.
DDR2 and DDR3 blitz in XFIRE are almost identical in terms of performance matching your clocks/system power dude:

I ran both setups at 450x8, 450x10,450x11, and 465x11. Ran the ddr3 at 6-6-5-15-1T as I believe that is what seemed the fastest at 750mhz-775mhz.
Gt1 never came close to gt2 with cards on air at 850/950mhz, and if I put the cards on LN2 at your clocks, both gt1 and gt2 will scale, but gt2 will scale more I'm betting :D. What do you think KINC? I honestly dont want to waste anymore time or ln2 on this setup, but if your convinced that the card power will take gt1 over gt2 and get me 94fps like you guys got, I could run it. It looks to me right now, that you and shams score should be more like 26,500 or so from what I am seeing with a gt1 around 87fps, but can't be 100% for sure until I run gpus on LN2.
What do you think George....does gt1 scale more than gt2 going from air to ln2 on the cards?? It doesn't for NVIDIA gpu's.
You know, unless I'm gettin too old to read numbers these days (at the ripe old age of "I can't have a beer legally" ;)) card clocks seem to affect GT2 more than GT1 to me. :p:
You spelled "clock" wrong bro.
Anyways maybe this will put an end to all the DDR3 mumbo-jumbo we've been hearing these days. (dinos just wait till I get my hands on a P35 and pair it up with my ballz-istix ;))
