no that it makes a difference to me; i have 6600 pre ordered. the guys who ordered from zzf earlier when they were $199 have already got confirmation notices. so they ordered them, now they have been confirmed in stock and will ship. so maybe you can explain to me how this does not mean "in stock"

the gigabyte Ds3 seams to be the best choice with a conroe 2mb cache (E6300 & E6400) for what i´ve see the DS3 with conroe 2 mb cache run easly +- 440 FSB , so with a E6400 maybe you can get 3.5Ghz >>> 440x8 = 3500mhz :D
In my opinion , Buying a Conroe E6300 or E6400 to run it at 2.3ghz its not too smart but not all ppl like to overclok .

My order said "packed" for days when it was listed as "in stock". There system is messed up. I paid extra for overnight air and my so called packed order never got shipped but my credit card got charged.Quote:
