With the 2.93, I'm sure 5ghz will be possible with LN2, just a matter of waiting now :).
As I expected, it has been accomplished. Awesome work..Quote:

Charlie, or any other mods, could ya change the Thread Top to 10 sek? :-)
lol TAM cpu doing 4.7ghz @ 1.3xx volt??
lol isnt that stock?
CPU-Z is reading the voltage wrong. Actual voltage is 1.56v.
Why the heck should he change the title??? Title says what coolaler has acheived, TAM aint = coolaler...
PRTeamJapan / Fredyama made a thread about TAM's score earlier today, check in Intel section
Amazing stuff i'd love see what the XE can do.

Ah didn't know that. Thanks for the heads up.
You misunderstood what I meant.Quote:

aww wait, I should've said "Update" instead of "change".. That's what made confusion.

Yes, but what needs to be updated?? - Its the best of his scores so far :)
You're right... M.Beier. I've got it all confused which bench belongs each person at the time I posted. I apologize to all.

Conroe is supposed to be low power design. If their current lineup is designed for say 80W, I'm sure Intel wouldn't bat an eye lash releasing 4 Ghz models that chug Prescott levels of power.
But, (as far as I know) there are no models in between the significant gap between 2.67Ghz and 2.93Ghz, and little/no indications of an even faster model anytime soon.
You may think I'm overly pessimistic, but I'm just trying to be REALISTIC.
