if you are, i liked your pics there better, but apart from that, awesome system!
you must be getting horrible temps with just those alu heat exchangers, and pray to god your blocks arn't copper

God, I love the vento, but poor choice of radiator.

Cheers guys :D
Looking good wildc4rd, is that a Thermochill 120.3 rad?
Mounted a GPU block, what is your opinion on this?
I need a nother rad, thinking about a single BIP, need it to cool down the warm water from the cpu, gpu is not cold enough :/
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y55/LenniZ/PC1.jpg
Looking real good LenniZ ;) what pump are u using?
I think u should remove the 90 degree elbow fittings. They will make your waterflow more restrictive.
Btw. is the rad able to "breath", I mean have u cutted the bottom of your case?
those are some tiny tubes m8, 1/4?
yep those are 1/4 or 3/8 looks like he's using the TT bigwater
when i get my new case, and get evthing fiting on the inside of it, i'll post pics but untill then .... noone get's to see my wonderful set up xD
Yeah, its 1/4" tubing, and yes, its a Bigwater SE. And it cost a fraction of the price a custom setup would of cost me.
maybe, but custom would give much better temps ;)
My temperature today, was flickering from 27*C to 28*C and after half an hour of playing battlefield 2 the peak the temperature graph hit was 32*C. My friend spent £150 on his water cooling, and he gets 25*C on idle. Considering he spent 1.5 times more than me (I spent £60 on mine.) I don't see this as a good enough temperature difference.
(my CPU hits mid 50's on load when I had air cooling.)
sorry but the line + teh image = (but everyone note NO 90 degree ANGLES  )Quote:

I modded a zalman "reserator". Alot of people have negative reviews about this passive watercooling. I got the kit for free, and the first day i removed the crappy stock pump and replaced it with an ehiem 1050 pump. My idle temps are 32c with load temps at 40c, with my x2 4200+ oc'ed from 2.2ghz to 2.65ghz. Actually a really good solution, since its completly quiet. Absolutely not worth the money, but considerign what i spent on it, its just as good as most active watercooling solutions.

All the cutting of the panels was done with a jigsaw and tidied up with a Dremel by me, no 'company' worked on it, and yes, that is the plain brushed ally case.
These are the only other photos I have, drop me a PM if you want any more.

Here is another pc-70 to add to this gallery, personally i think mine is the best (reason : its mine lol ), phil did this for me in a one off colour well, put it this way he has never anodised a red and then had it polished to this standard, the colour is what you would refer to as blood red and really is stunning in the flesh (but doesn't that apply to any thing?)
Here is a pic took of it before he shipped it
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...IP1193/red.jpg
^^ there she is all ready to be shipped
Please note these are really shoddy pics and dont do it any justice, i need to take some in natural day light rarther than using the flash of the camera.

Temps wise im sitting at 26 - 27°c idle to 40°c load, ambient is 20°c (load tested using S&M which loads cpu more than any other program) but adverage load using bf2 which loads cpu and gpu is 36°c which aint bad considering all fans are 7v and produce very little noise considering, id say about 25db if that!!! Which aint bad at all, temps to noise ratio is very good considering!!
W/cin parts are.....
Pa 120.3 + 3 7 volted panaflo m1's
Cathars G5
Danger Den's Chrome Maze 4
Danger Den Dual floppy bay res
7ft of 7/16th tubing
Hopefully at i26 ill get loads of attention....
If you need any more ill stick em up, but ill replace them ones with some better ones 2morrow taken in the day light .
The psu is a biatch to try and wire, in that case as its posistion its quite hard to hide wires.
There is still more work to do, i was hoping to get my uv dye today but no luck from coolercases (been waiting 3 days for it now - naff service if u ask me), iv still got some wire braiding to do as well as get the bulgin lit up although im mot sure which pins go where lol, also got to get some new ide cable and sata cables

Isn't that pretty noisy, with the pump attached to the side panel??
Yeah I don't know how much the eheim vibrates, but I would guess the aluminium door could resonate and make noise, but then again the pump is bolted stuck, so it might just be totally quiet :p: However, another thing.. why didn't you mount the rad something towards what like I've done instead? The BIP fits perfectly. (no I still haven't mounted the rest of the watercooling (goddamn pump!), so I don't know how it performs :p: I've just let it stay there:P)Quote:

If you can find one, I'd go for it. I'm looking at temps around 26-28 idle, and I've seen maybe 35 under load right after some Doom 3. Awesome rad... best I've ever used. I'd definately mod it to have a larger shroud though. It seemed to really help my system.Quote:

It's the Swiftech MCX159-CU. I found it for sale online without the included fan so it made it a few bucks cheaper. It's performing great so far. ;)
How about an old dual Athlon MP using old Gemini Cool Spirals? Used as a SQL server running 24/7 for almost 2 years. Finally replaced the Mag3 with a DC pump.

I finally got on to it and installed a second Wc rig.
Had the heatercore laying around for 2 months without using it, same for the D5 pump, which I got as a replacement from DD after my D4 died.
So I ordered the NexXos XP bold S775 block a couple of weeks ago and started installing it.
Components :
NexXos XP Bold S775 block
Maze4 GPU block
DD D5 pump
Weapon Heatercore with shroud and 2*120mm San Ace fans.
Coolplex 25 reservoir
1/2" Masterkleer tubing.
Board is ASUS P5WD2 Prem, 630 @ 4450Mhz, X800GTO @ X800XT, 2*512 MB PC6400 OCZ EB, Enermax Liberty 500W PSU, 80Gb Hitachi SATA
The rig is not 100% finished. I need to finalize cabling and stuff.

You MIGHT want to shorten the run between one of your D5's and your GPU. That just seems a wee bit overkill to me. With the sleeving you have on your lines, you should be perfectly fine with a more direct run.

I can't really oc my athlon 2400 mobile barton any higher (maxing vcore on my dfi infinity nf2 alrdy) but my temps has dropped dramaticly comapred to my eheim1250,BI pro single 120mm setup on maze4 cpu block. Also all my fans on lowest speed gets the same temps as when i have the fans going full blast, that obviously shows I not even comming close to taxing my radiators cooling ability yet :)
When I upgrade my rig in hte spring/.summer to M2 and g80 or r600or r580 I'll go with a nice hot dual core M2 .65nm processor and hopefully TEC cool it, as well as the vid card, then i'll start using my rad's ability.
wow.. thats one damn nice looking box unoid
