7-7-6 20 on mem next step?
Just ran 1M found the max bclk at 58x on my 2500K...
Next up tweaking 32M
Last week I tested ten 2600K L044B693. They all were bad. One of them could boot 2c/2t 5600 under water, but had no stability. Under SS it worked at 55xxMHz only, 5600 was unreachable
Seems in ex-USSR(Ukraine, Russia) have no good 2500/2600K.
Tested 16 pcs. of 3101A201s...pretty decent batch averaging 53Xs with SS
Even with small samples I ended up with (1) 5.50Ghz s/n A1181 - (1) 5.65Ghz s/n A1499 - (1) 5.75Ghz s/n A1983 4C/8T
The only similiarity I can think of those >55X cpus are s/n 1000ish and between 80~99 for the last two digits

pifection mr cheapseats!
ganged?
interleaved?
yes sir, both with rank interleave enabled.
what do you mean by ganged though ?
woops amd terminology ...
rank and channel interleaved ..thats what i meant :D
thanks

need more efficiency!!!
Awesome job Nick, as always of course :) So 2x2GB GTX2 performs similarly to 4x2GB PSC right?
http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f2...976/633250.jpg
obligitory 5ghz shot. im missing something somewhere. olive gave me .2
nice work mr b.
will u be trying 4 sticks?
Cheapseats thanks for sharing :) .....Always interesting in reading your posts, lots of quality informations within...
With proper PSC,6-10-7 would be doable and that would buy some effieciency :)
5ghz
i cant catch zeneffect lol
It's all about memory now Honda. For example, tighten that tRP from 7 to 6 and you'll get about half a second :) Work on your RAMs more
oh..thanks for advice..i'll keep at it... the gskills that i got aren't friendly with tCL(7) ....so sad :(
sorry that run was kinda not tweaked ...
edit:
finalrun attached..gskills sucks with tCL(7)
can't quite catch the hypers ...
Haha yeah Aristidis's run is damn fast, he's a good SuperPi 32M bencher :D ;)
But your runs are great as well guys. I'll soon join you with some PSC and a 2500K @ 5GHz. 6m33sec is my goal :)
I figured I'd give it a shot...here is my score:

How huge would an ssd help with wprime 1024 guys? Looking to shave off a couple of secs more with my 2500k 5.3ghz with a score of 185.75. Thanks!
Thanks, you saved me serious bucks sir :)
very strange chip just tested, well tested 3 (x2 x52 chips and this one)
This one idles very cold  sensors borked? Ambient is 19c and using an air cooler.
splave, maybe a new thread needed for that post
Honda, smoking hot mate, very nice indeed
Best I got out of my x54 2500K..using Corsair H60. vCore was 1.575 in BIOS with LLC enabled, didn't check while it ran but should be close, ~ 1.56v under load perhaps...

okay guys you got me into this, f(L)uck you for doing that, 32m low clock kills your time like nothing else, except maybe 3dmark01 and f(L)uck you dino for making me do that to ;) haha
playing with a couple boards, i really <3 the asus m4e, all marketing :banana::banana::banana: aside, thats a smooth board to use, it is so super easy to put in settings and hit a fast score, amazing...
but i think the p67a-ud4 is a TOUCH faster.. i am about half a second off on both the 8gb and 4gb targets..
and yes okay, i DID wait for a few seconds until it went to 4999.x for my screenshot, just cos it looks FASTER that way, i was thinking of making my background red too, to be even FASSTER!

http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/a..._6m_31_313.jpg
oh i forgot to mention, waza is so weird on this platform,
i have been increasing my waza sleeps because the waza is completing so much faster than p67, she same thing you would do if your running waza at full ln2 frequency,
but the waza file size seems to have a big impact,
some waza i do i get a very fast start, like first 4-5 loops, then fall off in bonus rounds, and some other waza are the opposite,
need to put some more time into that and work that one...
Master Joda got involved ....Great scores as always youngpro .....
your time is f(l)ucking fast pro but your screenshots looks damn it slow :p:
you should not taken so much time in tweaking your score and and bs like waza then in pimpin your screen.....:D
6.31.xx is crazy man
can you post a screen with max efficency without waza ?
yes maybe 3-4 seconds but different between a good waza and a bad was at least 1 second here... and even using the same settings i cant do it consistantly
go James :D
Whats the max multi on the sb chips?
this weekend i played a bit with my new config...still have to learn alot, especially on ram and s.o. tweaking....
Seems that my config doesn't like hypers so much, lots of problems with the highest ram multiplier...
setup:
2500k batch L046B079T cooled by noctua nh-d14
gigabyte p67a ud4 b3
2x2 dom gt hypers
http://www.pctunerup.com/up/results/...3036_spi1m.JPG
now i'm managing to put the cpu under cold and see what happens..hope to get more mhz out of it:up:
Quick run @ Win7... I know it is not optimized but was just testing :)
5400MHz @ watercooling
http://www.abload.de/thumb/untitled-1guw3.jpg
Cause I get about the same results with my normal OS (w7) with a SSD tweaked afterworths and a tweaked XP with a HDD.
Shall post a screen @5ghz on my W7.
http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j2...2600K/6m47.jpg
still need to tweak more:confused:
Very good scores James
I fired up my SB as well :D I'm using cheap Kingston HyperX H2O 2133MHz 9-11-9-27 stuff, but the efficiency is there if you properly tune OS, waza and sub-timings. RAMs @ 7-10-7-27-72 12-4-4-4, I can not possibly push more these subs. Next tryout will be with 8GB and then Hypers :yepp:

Here's one run on 1866 strap from me :)
http://www.pohrani.com/f/3K/9p/GsY9xM/screen013.jpg
Better loosen-up those timings and get that 2133 divider working ;)
I know, but it was small competition on our forum and 1866 strap was one of the rules. When I get 2600k, I will rerun it with 2133 and mive-z
Hey George_o look here what you can do with your Memory !! :)
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=271602
I'm preparing a review for hwbox.gr as well, Kingston was so kind helping out once again  Oh yeah, they are definitely good for the price! Here in Greece they cost 120€, which is a damn nice ;) Unfortunately though, 6-10-6 won't work for me with 2133 divider, not at all. Maybe it's the board I don't know :(
What I meant with cheap, is that they are not good for Low Clocks comparing to G.Skill 8-9-8 or RAMs with Hyper ICs for example ;) They are very good aside that :)
no 6-9-6 2133...time to look for some other kit then... G.Skill needs to restart that Flares product line again... asap
So i try also the 5ghz and the max reachable of my cpu and mb (bclk):
2600k with Asus P8P67pro and 4GB Geil EVO Two CL6-9-6-24@2000mhz.
max cpu and best time

5ghz
http://img849.imageshack.us/img849/9...2m6m41360s.jpg
Maybe the ram's can do 6-9-6 but i haven't got it on this board.
Which voltages do u used for increasing the bclk?
:) you no whits voltage you need
Here is my run with a decent 2600K i found....:D
Waiting for a better chip and better RAM

It would be nice if ur all testing the max.blck @40x ,1600mem divider with superpi 32M
I'm curious to see what the max blck is:up:
Today i found my max blck on the 2500k all cores active

Guys, I need some wprime tweaks asap, search lead me to this thread but too much to read .... what do I do? Im in a local comp that is running a 32m wprime stage this week and a 1024m stage next week, so I have to be on my toes. All are with 5ghz max clock so its all in the ram and tweaks.
Any help would be great.
:)
Wprime is mostly into the OS, try different versions ( 32-64bit ) Lite or non lite... try diagnostic mode... kill most apps in the scheduler....older VGA drivers... for me ram doesn't do much at all once you are at 1866mhz...
wprime is run rerun rerun till you get a good run... get the cpu as cool as possible so it never throttles
Good luck...
