Did some cable management. SATA cables are still annoying to hide, any ideas? Any ideas how to really organize that mess of cables down there? It's the best I can do, basically a way to hide the Corsair PSU cables that aren't modular.

Every ones rigs are awesom counting down 1 month to go before i can start on my own and post it in this thread. Keep up the great work guys.
Finished my system, after a few months of fiddling and adjustments....
Well.... finished it for the next few months....
Before you ask, that's a piece of countertop cut to be a shroud, it made a good difference in temps and noise.
Thanks for all the great people and knowledge present on this forum.

@ dope
Great looking build, but just curious.
Did you run out of tubing and is that why the res is just kindof hanging there?
It seems you could move the hard drive down and mount the res over in the drive bays.
Just a suggestion

Good job Guitar, How is the rad working out for you top mounted like that?
guitar, love the rig bro. green looks great, I had green before, I miss it :(
(This was pre-T3)
I did some updates. Mostly sleeving and cable management.
I ran 2 separate runs in parallel to the GPU and CPU. It didn't effect temps at all. I just haven't changed it back seeing it hasn't effected temps ;)

Some pics of my just finished rig, some mistakes were made, some parts were damaged, next time I am aiming for perfection(no more letting the cat knock my case off a table!).

Gonna get some pics of it lit up when I get back from work, I ended up sanding my LEDs to give a more diffuse look to the light, very pleased with the way it turned out actually.
Very nice rig there NO1451 and I cannot wait to see it at a LAN party sometime.
nice rig there No1451, shame about the cat knocking it off, just leave the side off and take of those fan grills and let it stand on a fan lol, sure it won't go near the case again.
I was also wondering what the water block was on you GFX, i don't think i have seen that before.
Cheers

Pictures are kinda grainy/crappy. But you get the idea.
Nice Aviduser, I had my mcres mounted in the exact same place and it started to leak, only explanation is the heat of the graphics card not doing it any good. Luckily i had nothing sitting it the bottom of my case when it did go :D
Aviduser: Have any day time pictures of the front? I like the way it looks.
Where abouts did it crack? where u running distilled? Bah, these dam acrylic wc parts don't seem worth the hassle.

All you guys are an inspiration. I can't wait to watercool my rig and add it to the great WC legacy here, but I'm waiting on that new Corsair Obsidian case to come out .... muahahhaa.
These rigs are all just awesome!
Going to build my new system soon! (Can't Wait!!)
Having water cooling but do not know which one to get....
and yet again nice systems all! :D

Nice rig Grossmeister, I've been looking at different MoRa 2 setups at HWluxx and im really diggin them.
Only thing holding me back is the flow restriction, only got a D5 to push liquid thru, second issue is making
the fan wiring clean on the MoRa....I hate cable salads, yours looks nice & clean tho.
I have an AquastreamXT, and flow's not an issue (OK, got that FuZion and the VGA-block in there only), but yeah, it's a little bit more restrictive than my triple + dual swiftech...but it still cools very well... :D
Getting the cable's clean ain't that big problem I think, I tied 3 rows of the fans together to the right (where the "cover" u-shaped aluminium is), and then soldered "+" and "-" together to one wire, which than goes into the old serial-port cable, which ends in the bracket, where 4 wires are for "+", and 5 for "-", it works perfectly, looks like, and with the Koolance shut-off valves, I can easily remove the radiator if needed :)
I built the aluminium-fan-holder on the MoRa myself, it wasn't that difficult, only the mounting of the feet was a bit difficult, but I built myself some rectangle-shaped nuts with an M4-coil inside, which is turned by the screw and then holds itself against the frame...
Beautiful build GrossmeisterB! You have some talent I see. Nice stand you built for the rad. Very clean!
Nice job GrossmeisterB. Thanks for sharing the details regarding your wiring of the nine fans on the MO-RA. That sounds like a good idea.
No problem guys! :-)
I got them all hooked up to an mCubed "FanAmp", but they're not temp-controlled in any way, they just run at the lowest speed possible - it's more than enough, even for my o'ced Q9300 and o'ced 9800GTX :D
Thank you very much!! The stand was the most difficult part on this one I think, the fan frame wasn't that hard to build, but a lot of holes to drill :-)Quote:

I love the size of the Cosmos S. I have 6 UV lights which is what causes a good bit of the glow on the UV reactive fans, coolant, and tubing. It really inst that bad with just the lights from the fans (11 of them in this thing) since most are behind the black mesh.
I hope to get some high res shots soon, but need a new camera. My current one wont play well with vista.

But are you only using a Dual Rad für 2 GTX295?
coolmiester, that case looks killing. Everything is well designed, painted. Really great work. Just like all your other cases.
The truth is that all cases made by Coolmiester are beautiful, especially CM Cosmos mods looks crazy ;) GJ
amazing rig coolmeister. Think i've seen it before, or maybe it was another of your great builds
Here's my new custom build. Soon to have a worklog posted. Wish i had money to upgrade but i don't so i just rebuit my stuff into my good old Stacker but i did some lil mods to the case so it could fit it all. Liquid colors are really horrible and not what i wanted them to look. The kind of pink was supposed to be Fire-red as labeled on the dye bottle... and the pale green one was supposed to be Visible blue also as labeled on the bottle... Whatever. Anyway, so here's the result :)

http://i242.photobucket.com/albums/f...atriote206.jpg
What you guys think, other than the horrible colors?
EDIT PS: Yeah, i went from that bulky U2-UFO to that case. Quite a change let me tell you. I've been having my U2-UFO since 2 years now and god was it taking a lot of space on my desk.

coolmiester lush pc you got there matey!
YMAA, are you sure there is no aluminum in your loop ? Your reservoir looks like it has a nice cloud of galvanic corrosion leftovers floating at the top.
looks very good due, great build
is that a Zalman Fan Controller?
No, there's no alu. It's just been a while since I've washed it, since there isn't really a way to scrub the inside of a MicroRes. Pretty sure it's just a calcium deposit or something, nothing to worry about. Res will be getting washed the next time I take the loop down, though.
http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u...o/IMG_0693.jpg
http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u...o/IMG_0694.jpg
Pretty much the only pics I have that isn't fuzzy or distorted, not bad IMHO since I did it with rattle cans. The back looks WAY better in person, the gloss orange does not play well with the camera flash. The black expansion slot guards and I/O plate gives a nice contrast with the orange back. If I took the picture without flash the orange ends up looking like a orange/red :-\. Anyways I did this mod cause i'm heading off to Clemson University this fall as a freshman and I needed a case that not only represented some school pride but was easy to recongnize if it got stolen from my dorm haha :-p
Anyways that was my first case painting job and i'm fairly happy. In the rig is a home-made CPU block, MCP655, BIP II, and swiftech microres.
Here's some photos of my rig:

Rumpus01, that blue coolant/tubing looks awesome and matches the HX1000 really well. Great job!
thanks guys. the case is a cosmos s which i think looks infinitely better with the inside black. I went from 1/2" tygon r3603 to 1/2" Feser tubing, and it is the most amazing upgrade ever. this tubing is just simply amazing. No kinks in the least, thick walls which made it super easy to fit over the noryl barbs on my pump, plus it just looks damn good haha. it's really clear. as for fans, i'm using the two black stock fans that came with the cosmos s, they're really quiet and good looking, and then two other black ones that came stock with my old case that I replaced, so they haven't seen much use at all.
i would like to introduce myself to the u.s community
