Its a full copper loop just like yours, there's no corrosion to prevent, its just there to stop bacterial/algae growth. And its more than a bottle, like 1.1L of DeIonized.
I dont even bother with it in the winter, just use pure DI, but my pc gets a fair bit of sunlight in the summer, so I put a tablespoon in just to be on the safe side.

plus kit, for chipset and single gpu cooling with ramsinkss. not sure how much savings you get on this but it is pretty much their one-stop-purchase for users startin out who want a good system.

Need some cable management.
Its an Antec P180B, there is a good reason it does not come with a side panel. Believe it or not, thats after some cable management. The worst was when the chipset was covered by stock IDE cables had 44 degrees...its now at 29, 26 ambient with the rounded ones.
I put this computer about a month ago. Its basically a FX62 with 7900GTX SLI. The water cooling is essentially a basic Swiftech Apex kit with Apogee AM2 (Storm not available yet), D5 and two MCW60 video blocks. There is a standard MCR220 and I added a Thermochill PA120.1. The case is a Lian Li PC-G70B. Yeah. The cable management is a nightmare. I basically stuffed so much crap into that poor case that there's no room for anything... especially airflow :)
You can see that, appearance wise, its extremely plain. No lights, no neon, no LEDs (ok, only two.. the power LED and hdd LED). Everything is black and polished aluminum. From the outside, its hard to tell that there's anything unusual inside.
Sorry the radiators *must* be inside. Have toddler with tiny fingers that fit through wire grills. Any stuff outside and the whole machine gets vetoed real fast. So, for those of you who complain about heat, there's nothing I can do. What wife don't see don't hurt nobody. The cpu loads up at under 40C and the videos load up below 44C, so the high case temps ultimately don't affect the machine much.
The dome light on top is a battery powered touch light that is very useful when working on machine, especially at night. You can't see it over the flash, but its extremely bright, enough to blind someone in the dark.
There's some excess slack in the tubing, but I like it that way. I can remove individual components out of the case easily and work on them. In fact, I had both video cards comfortably out to fix the video ram heatsinks.

What PSU?
am I seeing 10 HDDs in your case? :) lots of U-turn tubing in your case, why not get PA120.3 mounted on top of case and move the PSU to bottom so also you can get rid of PA120.1 in exhaust too so you have more clearance in your case

Sorry, I will reply first to your advice :) I bought the necessary hole saw and the mandrels. Unfortunately, I have not had enough time lately to work on the case. Also, I am a real klutz at such projects and may end up with a busted case :slapass: :)
I really did consider a triple Thermochill up top, but I guess its easier to just order the same case pre-modded. Another problem is the issue of a toddler baby with fast fingers. Like I said, 2 year old boy moves like lightning and his fingers fit into pretty much every fan grill. I tested the fingers in a grill and envision his finger in the middle of a 220 cfm Delta fan :slapass:
Also, there is always that dreaded wife acceptance factor :D
