what's the rest of the config?
Mindless, your rig is completely ghetto.

XFX 8400GS on D-tek Fuzion GFX, hitting 1ghz on the core, 2540mhz shaderclock.
Hello.
After a while I made same changes to my rig.
This is link to previous version: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...07#post2245407
I added second graphic card NV 7950GT in SLI mode with Alphacool waterblock, then additional 2Gb of RAM with second RAM waterblock.
Now I have 10 blocks (7 homemade, 2 Alphacool GPUs, 1 Innovatek HDD) with 2 2x120 Radiators, 2 Laing waterpumps.
I also upgraded CPU to Athlon AM 6400 x2 (125Watt of heat to dissipate - previous produced only 65Watt)
Temperature : GPU 36* to 38* stress, Processor 40 to 48* during stress, NB 30*, Water 25*C. Wents are running at 2/3 of nominal speed . With two pumps running flowmeter showes 780 RPM on single punp just 520RPM.
Pictures now:
Before upgrade

http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c2...oardblocks.jpg
And after upgrade, to fill the space I added old Voltometer and Amperemeter and some light with UV cathodes

Greets
it's what it looks like, a p4 prescott 3.2, the board no longer likes to be overclocked, used to run it at 4ghz. an x800xt clocked at something silly, and some old school original BH5 ram.
The watercooling was basically an experiement, i'm buying a new computer soon and want to go straight to water, so i thought i'd try it out, funnily enough the whole setup was less than£100, so just under $200

Re did machine :)
Why? Improve loop flow and get more air to flow through the radiator.
My new water system that i upgraded in december from a total ghetto one. Pics are form last month and its abit tidier now actually.(got rid of the yellow ide cable)

same I was like I want MIPS blocks for my mobo so bad, like his. then I read the description and was like really??
That blocks are homemade by Misiu15go ;) [half price Mips blocks :D ]Quote:
I love those blocks, almost thought the were from MIPS. Very nice!
Rebuild / Loop Rehaul finally finished. :)

White light looks pretty awsome. ;)
I am going to be using that my self to. :)
Nice build btw. :)
Nice build. It looks very clean. Those white/blue ccfls look sweet. But how bad was filling and bleeding with the res like that?
Thanks.
I had to top up the res a few times and bam, it was filled.
And as for bleeding, I ran the loop by itself by powering it with another computer.
So I was able to move the rad and cpu block around to bleed it. I left the cap of the res off and I'm pretty sure it took less than 5mins to bleed it.
@Doc PL: love those gauges!
silverphoenix: I'm going to have to use an upsidedown ekres250 in a upcoming build, what sort of mods did you do to make it bleed better?

Jay, that looks SWEEETT!!!!!!!!!!
I like the color scheme too!
:welcome: to XS!
Nice one Jay! Might want to top that res up a little more though...
i know i ran-out of it, i have one more bottle but its in pink color... so i am just gone have to order same kind...btw this is my 1st custom wcing i had one before but it was armor lcs kit that came with case and i didnt like it so upgrade my case and wcs....
thankx for the comments guys
Wow!!!! Jay78
Great.... so beaultifull...
Yea I just noticed that...
But he may be trying to avoid the dreaded, deadly, bubble making, EK CYCLONE!!!!!!!      ...........
  :ROTF:  :ROTF:
Lol....
If your afraid of getting the cyclone, you can pick up one of these Anti-Cyclone add on's for the res.
IMO though, I like the cyclones :) As long as they don't put air in my loop.
Edit:
Wow, didn't realize there was more posts....
Jay78
Beautiful, i like the colors :D, those cases are great. UV FTW
Installed a Scythe variable speed Blue LED (the rear two are both
1400RPM Tt)
http://img211.imageshack.us/img211/6...stalledvb1.jpg
My funny little spot for the Scythe speed control. Didn't bother with the
bracket, I want all slot's open for when I put an Extraction fan there.
http://img528.imageshack.us/img528/6...trolmoufp4.jpg
Made A custom little aluminium bracket to get some fast air across they SB
and the GFX heat sink, will soon add an extraction fan below the GFX
to assist this fan to get heat straight out of case and not circulating.
http://img337.imageshack.us/img337/1...ommounthe0.jpg
The scythe in action, much brighter than the Tt fans, alot faster also.
http://img179.imageshack.us/img179/6...nactionet9.jpg
This is my case as it stands without sides. Still a few minor additions to come.
http://img337.imageshack.us/img337/9...snosideak0.jpg
Can anyone tell me if adding Blue UV dye to the coolermaster liquid will effect it in anyway??
This being my first post, and here is my first go at water cooling. used my Antec 900, a little tight, but i am satisfied with the results. btw i got 2 sflex120's pulling air on top of rad, just dont have a pic up yet. Anybody got any ideas for improvements?

looks nice omen u should done you own thread dude lol
^^^^ how many hdd are in their??
9 hdds atm ;)
@ Pschma - Nice job getting all of that to fit neatly into an Antec 900. They're pretty hard to work with.
@ Disruptfam - Thanks mate, I though about a build log, but didnt want to start to many threads. Its not neat like yours, I seriously need to do something about that messy 3/8' tubing. Not sure what though.
@ ~aoe~ - Thanks. The Scythe blows the Tt out of the water, but I can't afford to replace the Tt ones, and they were already there to use. Theyre left overs from when I first got the case. Now have S-Flex on Rad.
@ Jay78 - Thats a wicked build. Loads of color.
@ Schlingel - Neat built, esecially with how many HDD's you have. Did you make the cables yourself?
I havnt been through the whole thread, way to long. But they're are some amazing builds from what I have seen.
normal SAS->4xSATA-cable, which came with my perc. the other one is miniSAS->4x SATA. not selfmade but no idea where i can get it. came with my other LSI
still a build in progress but i though it was post worthy...
Wow, that looks great!
what happened to the middle section lol???
i thought tri-sli was coming there for a sec hehe
how are temps???
wheres the other res?
we request more picS!
dual loop yes, more pics soon. TRI-SLI in progress, just need another DD GTX block... thats why you see the EK stubby's in the middle. planned ahead.
also, i am waiting to get the divider plate machined so that the tubing can be routed as in the pics.
more info here....
http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=51370
thanks!
where's the second res?
yeah i just saw that :) lol nice looking build...
keep us posted on your benchies when you get tri-sli up and running :)
sli disabled?
Is that the effect of Vista killing your CPU score? I think I can get higher with 3.6ghz?
Tri SLI does not seem at all efficiant, perhaps with bigger CPU's to push more data to the cards???
what res did you run 3dmark @ 1920 x 1080?
i haven't yet figured it out. any suggestions would be appreciated though.
3dmark06 was run at 1280x1024.
try 1920 x 1080...
That's what I assumed as most people run at default.
Take a look a this link. It's for SLI, not so sure about Tri-SLI though.

Here an updated pic of my rig. The old Alphacool CPU blok started leaking because the plexiglas had a crack in it. The block worked perfectly for over a year before it started to leak.
So i bought a D-Tek Fuzion to replace it.
Wow, nice build there Jay78, the more i see the TJ07, the more I get tempted to buy it.
@Schlingel: Nice and clean work there, thats a lot of p0rn. :D
Me2, very nice work that looks indeed awesome:up:
@Schlingel: Lots of hdds, you need lots of space don't ya? :D

unfinished
two or three days more ... cable management and acoustic amlifier need to be placed
seriously, is that a case or a custom made torture rack, benching thing.
Old chieftec maybe?
Yep, an old chieftech dragon. The new revisions have a 120mm fan at the back.
that thing is hugE!

I know that the CPU block is not mounted as it should but it doesn't matter. When you look at the copper plate desing you will see that only the intake matters and not the out take.
The only reason for mounting it like it should be is to get the air out easier. Getting the setup air free is not a problem. The reason i have it like this is for getting to the NB blok easier. If the out take of the CPU block would be as it should be getting to the NB block would be very difficult.
The aluminum in the res is also not a problem because i run with 50% cooling liquid for a car that protects againts corrosion. This PC is running for over 18 months without any problems. The copper of the old waterblock still looks perfect and so does the aluminum of the reservoir.
Go to a store where they sell car cooling liquid. That stuff comes in just about all the colors that you might want for watercooling. You can still add destilled water with it.
I run on 50% car cooling liquid wich is quite pink, the rest is water. I bought the stuff here in holland but i'm sure they sell it in russia too somewhere. Then just use clear tubing like Tygon or PVC.
I already founded the Feser One Fluid UV Pink, but i want to found UV pink tubing to combine them and there is problems with finding tubing not liuqid. But if i will not find tubing i want to use Tygon (transparent) with Feser One.
cka3o4nuk nice to c u there and it's cool to see your project almost finished.
You are in the perfect place to get these "watercoolers" from MIPS Computer. I wish I lived in Germany just so I could have better access to MIPS waterblocks. If you get these blocks please let us know what you think.
those mips are crap arnt they? i asked in the dfi x38 thread and im sure i was told that
I got a full MIPS set for my P5W DH. They are not cheap but they are quite good in my opinion. Build quality is very nice and they give good temps.
I do think that they are to expencive for the amount of material used.
Here in Holland i can get them pretty fast, about 1 tot 2 weeks.
Hello again water-cooling world :)

Silly domain-name :p:
Would be great if we could collect a lot of beautiful liquid-cooled systems / rigs on million-dollar-pc. The great rigs shouldn't get lost. We have so many threads to go through in XS - we don't wanna miss a thing! If you have great stuff, please support :)
Very nice :)
Rbs.

Looks great!
I need to move the upper t-line close to the pump and get the tubing a bit cleaner.
