I need 8 gb for BF3 :P I leave all four on 1600mhz which is stable.
Hello all....
So, does the 2700K early batches overclock really well?
I'm on bios 1850. Should I move to 1904 or 2011?
So what is the best bios as of right now for OC and stability?? im currently running 1850
2001 has been great for me..
only thing is if you enable full phase for ram, dmm measures it goes over by a few mv, but not complaining.. actually helps in some instances :)

most stable for me so far so i recommend it
2001 is rock solid for me
I'm also using 2001, on another note I had the Z68 Max IV Extreme & nothing but problems!
2001 ftw !!!
I'm a little confused, the bioses on ASUS's site are 1904 and 2011, I don't see a 2001.
So the 2011 bios and the 2001 is the same thing? then why do you guys call it 2001?
ok, so i just updated to 2001, and i was wondering, did you guys disable HT for BF3? and if yes can i pump more mhz in my cpu without HT?
I had no issues with HT on in BF3 but I can say recent reports of the game not being as much about CPU as the pre launch hype claimed as it ran nearly the same FPS at 1600mhz (locked to powersaving mode) as it did at 4600mhz so is all about the GPU!
I am sad to say I did not enjoy the game.
Most overhyped game ever IMO (SP)!
I have seen peeps all over various forums claiming HT caused stuttering and this was not on SLI set ups, with a few peeps like myself with no issues!
Took me long time to complete as I could not sit and get into it and left it for days!
Funny thing is I liked BC2!
