Ok let me state this one more time, If anybody posts a pic about the murderbox then you definately may not post a pic of your own setup, because the murderbox deserves all attention of the world. :D
just kiddin, keep on going quote'ors ;)
 Oh god, not the murderbox again..so beautiful..oooh. That's such a tease - just one picture!?! :(
You wanna see monster?

I want that wallpaper, what girl is that? ;)
Very nice setup, mouse and keyboard combo are excellent (i have the same)
And I LOVE the red effect from the top fans!
Get it here.
link doesn't work...:(
so i went and looked at murderbox. who would buy that? 4 elbows, 2 T's, 2x 120 rad? doesn't look like it will get good temps, especially with a cpu + gpu in the same loop.
its not quite at xtreme as some would like it, but it is the essence of clean and just uter technical beauty in my mind. mine looks like a jumbled mess, but performs better. once again though, there is something to be said for a nice looking rigg.
I totally agree with you. The rig is just a beauty and it performs good enough for a little clock.
and there are some people who don't want to spend alot on buying WC. If I check my bank account I'll see that 80% is spent on WC goodness and 20% on hardware.
And 100%+ on alcoholics ;)
You may all know that if you once begin to wc your system, it never has an end.
i should make mountainmod cases airbrushed and sale them lol
It's a tiny bit different to the his wallpaper.Quote:
Get it here.
Here it is. There is a 1920x1200 version available too.
My new Alphacool 120mm rad in the WCS:D

Very nice
Did you notice any difference in temps? I'm thinking to add one MCR120 here too :)
Rbs.
My vga drops 5 degrees:D
its look soo nice, something notice change in temps, and the copper mofsets heatsinks cooling well? , i think add this heatsinks but i look too the thermalright mofsets heatsinks, but its a little huge
please post some more m8. that looks awesome
Guess I should throw mine here as well :D Cloudy tubes are lovely aren't they?

And finally, my masterpiece, the 8 ziptie gpu block mount:
http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/i...3/DSC00623.jpg
I never bothered to take pictures of my blocks, sorry to disappoint ya all. They're really ugly on the outside and the inside anyways :P
I also am aware that the tubes have green stuff on them. This is not algae. This is what happened after the minerals from the tap water I used the first time collected on the tubes, then the zinc on the screws that I didn't mean to have touching the water corroded and turned everything pink, then I cleaned it with lysol toilet bowl cleaner which is BLUE so it turned green :D
Heres mine,
My first build so please positive criticism. Thanks

Very nice build Gios
I'm in the process of installing water cooling in my TJ07 and am always looking for new ideas for this case.
Could you post more pics showing the radiator and pump locations and the hdds?
Hey thanks guys!!
It means alot since its my first build.
Yeh I'll have some for you tomorrow its late I gotta go work tomorrow haha :D
Its a tight fit, but if you route the tubing well and cables, you can fit the rad, pump and HDD cage in the bottom compartment.
I found the possible airflow restriction to not have any effect on my temperatures.
I'll put em up soon :D
tj07 ideas look no further check out my blue devil build which i will have updates for soon
hahaha i love you wallpaper :D
Me wants now :D
Rbs.
nice loop and cable management.
did you cut the base of the case?
i thought Laing D5s weren't meant to my mounted up side down? or am i thinking of DDC.
it's fine as long as the pump inlet is not pointing up.. even that I think doesn't matter much if you take proper care when bleeding (so the pump never runs dry while filling, etc)
nice work gios take some days shots :)
I recived my Red UV dye in the mail today :D
Here is a pic of the Dye added :p:

AAaa, looks like pink:D
Very nice LED effect!
wow thats sick bundy...
is the led in the top or just pointed @ it?
there are 2 LEDs inserted into the top. Easiest to see in the first pic
It does 450 easily, after that I think the memory is holding me back. I can't get it to run stable at 3.7. I got the board from Pastor J from [H] that used the board for a review on legit reviews.
P35 chipset roundup
http://www.legitreviews.com/article/550/13/
"The Foxconn P35A-S is regularly priced at around $150. This board was a diamond in the rough."
I bought the board from him after the review for $115 shipped. It was proven to clock to what my goal was. No complaints here.

Fix that nasty bottom section though :p:.
lol, it's covered so i didn't bother too much with it.
Lowfat your rig is very cool. I love the fans in this pc. Love the green/blue sections.
lowfat, that is a very cool, but evil looking (bordering on Borgish) rig.
couple of my new pc.. still a reasonable amount of work to do on lighting,m pump mounts, new psu etc but you get the idea.. its a very modded PC70 with no optical drive and 2 120.3s, got an external dvdrw for when I feel like using one (very rare).

matt100 dude! that rig is awesome... my lian li a71 is hopefully coming next week and im hoping to send my pc over to you guys to fit my WC stuff but that rig has just given me another idea for some case mods ;)
Matt, that thing is AMAZING! Good work!
Lowfat, the case looks so sweet :wiggle:
matt, what ram blocks are those? more pics?
I have been building a cube case some may have seen the worklog here on XS, the log details the build of the case and watercooled HDD rack for those interested, oh i have to add the gpu block still my custom block from my old ati card doesnt fit this NVidia 8800gt super. Anywayz heres an assortment of pics of the case and watercooling at this time (that one green fan has been replaced by blue led to match rest)

lohoutlaw, That is one of the ways you don't want to mount a D5. It should have said so in the paperwork that came with the pump.
Hmm, the only thing i see that Swifteck recommended is to mount pump on bottom of case.

Install pdf file here
Although i did have to work a while to get system full of fluid and the performance has not given me any problems.
But thank you for your words of caution. Dully noted for my future builds.
Ahhh, Looks like Swiftech should start including this as well.

I am sorry for having so many pictures, but I did not want to
go and make a whole new thread just for this. It is a
little bit of messing around with an Armor, the gear is in my sig.
Used 3 Scythe S-Flex on the front, F type 1600 RPM.
I have an idea in my head about mounting a 120mm fan on the floor
of case between my to pumps on intake, with a custom shroud so it's
sitting up at about 30 degrees towards the rear, just to blow
cool air over the unisink and SB and out the back of the case.
I hope it doesn't look to dodge to be Xtreme!
01 Had to shave a mill or so off to make the HR09 Squeeze into the gap.
http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/3...shavingei3.jpg
02 Also had to make new mount from aluminium and rubber pad.
http://img352.imageshack.us/img352/5...09mountwb7.jpg
03 Knocked out pins with hammer, drilled out holes, now I can use the back plate with MCW30.
http://img147.imageshack.us/img147/9...ckplatecx3.jpg
04 Unisink combo, looks weak, but preforms relatively well.
http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/4...xfuzionea1.jpg
05 Sporting my new Scythe S-Flex 1600RPM fans. (I do have the 5 1/2 bay covers on with filters, but not for this photo.)
http://img352.imageshack.us/img352/2...hsflexfpn4.jpg
06 Just before I filled it up.
http://img145.imageshack.us/img145/4...fillingue3.jpg
07 Yes it is filled, and yes, my case needs cleaning
http://img299.imageshack.us/img299/2...leaningni0.jpg
08 I think the blue and green go well.
http://img352.imageshack.us/img352/3...ndgreenwp2.jpg
09 It does look a little bit messy on the outside.
http://img147.imageshack.us/img147/5...outsidean8.jpg
10 I don't know how to guage good flow without a metre, but that looks pretty good.
http://img352.imageshack.us/img352/7...atsflowcj3.jpg
11 ClearFLEX 60 fat tubing is pretty kink resistant.
http://img299.imageshack.us/img299/8...0nokinkyi3.jpg
12 I don't actually have these dominators in atm, Spot cool used because no RAM coolers fit.
http://img352.imageshack.us/img352/1...otinatmah0.jpg
13 Probably the best of a bad bunch of photos lol.
http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/6...oksgoodex7.jpg
14 You can really see the flow difference from the D5 1/2" loop to the very weak Tt 3/8" loop.
http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/1...ferenceva4.jpg
15 I don't know how good that fan mounting is, but it works, and yes they both flow the same direction.
http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/5...rdmountad4.jpg
16 The last photo, all covered up by the side panel.

Thank you for viewing, sorry if this post is too long.
look good mate!
probably should of started own thread :)
Ok, went through the entire thread. Took all night. I have to say there are some nice rigs here, and I regret ordering some things now. Looks like I'll be returning a big box this week and making a new order. Thanks for posting your pics!
Hey there m8s! :D
I've been reading this thread here for a long time, however I have only registered myself a few days ago. There are some really nice rigs here, great to see that there are more guys like me that like nice and clean Water-Cooled rigs...:p
Here's mine, the hardware installed on it is nothing special. I have a far better machine, though not watercooled at the moment..(will be, as soon as I get enough money----> TJ07  )

:welcome: Rock!
Very nice rig there m8!
btw, can you do that rubiks cube there in the second pic?
I can do the cube in 43 seconds (or at least, that's my best time ;))
Also, what's your mixture of coolant? It looks sweet!
Rock, that is the nicest green liquid ive seen :)
Here is mine with new side panel
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...indowlight.jpg
Comments?
Rock i like your case good job ;)
Thanks smee, it was well worth the elbow grease and flying drmele disc dangers.
And no, not petras, i got it form chilled pc, only 58 p from chilled pc per meter :):)
Thanks a lot guys. :D
@ Smee - The cube doesn't belong to me, the mod wasn't done at my house. Anyway, I hate does cubes, they always seem to make me more nervous. :P
The green liquid is an "all-in-one" solution, by this I mean it is not necessary to add any other chemicals, like Feser-one. :) This one, however, is called LICS Vision-Fluid, can be also found as "Klax Destilliertes Wasser" if I'm not mistaken. ;). Nevertheless, I think Feser-one Acid Green UV might do the job as well.
Once again, thank you for the warm welcome. :)
Cumps,
_Rock_
Here is my 2 x BIP + 1 magicool radiator in my P182
The pictures suck - since i only got my phone atm - will get better picture soon..
