Hi, here my
World Record:
AMD 4200+ X2 Toledo @ 3430.18 Mhz - LCBQE 0723 VPMW - Water
http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=335958
Upon running my machine oc'd until it reboot, being an older 2.8e socket 478, I found this forum with the database. To my surprise, the old 2.8 is listed as a 2.8 "a" which is a non-HT 533 bus(?) if I am not mistaken... The 2.8 "e" is the 800 HT... the largest 2.8 prescott.
It is indeed an "a" upon checking. It makes me wonder why the 2.8e isn't over 6ghz on air....and listed here as the record. I am too stupid for that, but hey, someone must have an old one ready to set it straight. :)
And also, where I am not much of an upgrader.. could someone lead me on the right direction for a decent overclock at all times? I currently can run 3012mhz no probs, on oem volts and kvr pc3200 ram...(I can only guess that is the first thing that needs to go...)
thanks.

this thread is very old and not updated... check www.ripping.org, or www.hwbot.org if you want the real WR's....
This thread is WAY off topic, 99% of posts are personal bests. It's supposed to be for WORLD RECORDS people...
This thread does indeed have very old results...locked. Refer to the websites listed above to check world records.
