Ill give a chance to 2001, this was my next step. Im @ work and tonight im giving my time to my wife. Having a familly diner next morning and work again ... i dont think ill be able to test anything before monday.
Maybe Asus Support give a hint until i try 2001.
Bios 2001 was also a no-go ...
Installed windows back to my Agility 2 240g. I prefer to keep my SLI GTX570.... P11000 3dmark11 with my 24/7 clocks.
A friend will buy the Revo !
improved 3Dmark01 efficiency :)
hmm
oc bios 3Dmark01 ..03..all

Hey guys.....can the Z68 max board support the new SB-E chips when they come out? I thought I remembered seeing that they could with a bios update , but just wanted to double check. Probably going with a 2500K until after a few months of the SB-E release some time.
man this stuff gets confusing. OK , so the new Ivy bridge CPU's are supposed to be socket 1155 , and the newer X79 platform is LGA2011?
"Ivy bridge" is a die-shrink of "sandy bridge"
X79, P67, Z68, H61 and all others are chipset that work with socket 1155 or 2011. Socket that accept Sandy or soon Ivy off 1155 or 2011 pins.
Guys i have problem with my m4e.
First i have 4gb of corsair dominator 1866mhz installed on my mobo. Later i put 4 gigs more ( so 4x2GB ). And now i have BSOD, memtest fail. When i checked each mem - all is ok, i checked memory slot - all is ok. And the strange thing, is that when i set mems on 1600mhz 1T 9-9-9-24 all is ok, in stock clocks - 1866mhz 2T 9-9-9-24 - bsod :( What can be wrong ?
which bsod code ?? and did u try to give more V to the memctrl ?
Sorry but i dont remember which bsod code was :(
memctrl - auto
tRFC - auto
OK, i have some screens:

@malik:
do u also bsod @stock clocks @1866mhz on the RAM ?
Only on 1866Mhz 9-9-9-24 1T or 2T at 1.65V ( which are stock clocks and v ). When i give them 1600Mhz everything is ok :/ I checked each memory, each memory slot ( via memtest ) and all are ok. Only on stock value i have unstable pc ( BSOD ).
try 1866mhz with a little bump of more vcore and vccio. bsod b3 indicates less vcore. ;)
so more power to vcore and wccio ? :)
yea, but carefulyl :D little steps... ;)
Higher V gives nothing :( Maybe problem is here:

3 x Corsair Dominator GT and 1 x Corsair Dominator ?!?!
I set to 1600Mhz 8-8-8-24 1.65V - work rock stable.
