Nah, not yet. Or maybe not at all... It's just an idea.
And submissions don't just go anywhere... I only keep one submission for one person with one batch. You submit a new one (with the same CPU, I mean), and you just move to a different category. :)
One of the reasons for non-AVX category is - exactly - users who can not use AVX for various reasons (Vista, for instance).
Besides... Maybe it's not a bad thing that more people get to submit their results. Fun for everyone! :)
I do encourage to use AVX in testing, though, it is the ultimate definition of stability.
