I have retail prices for Portugal (local shop) and it's gonna be 349 eur for a 5870. Will have one for review (hopefully) next wednesday.

any NFS Shift numbers

performance suffers on ATI cards for some reason.

but i also have read of people complaining on the EA boards with NV 295's with piss poor performance. Could be related to anything, that card should be able to destroy that game.

yeah only time it does is if you attempt to record video for export. Then it caps down to whatever you set it to record at , default is 30fps i believe

With the underneath system (in my sig) i play SHIFT without any stuttering .
intro videos at start of the race 29fps , during race 40-45fps .
catalyst 9.9 , win7 64 bit .
Settings are all on high , 2x AA , 1600x1200 .

I use front bumper view , not co.ckpit since I don't like co.ckpit views and it slows down the game alot i have noticed .
Front bumper view gives you much more feeling of speed anyway .

about 600~650 , your assuming its literally twice the number of everything on the card, pcb memory power regs etc, not everything has to be doubled :D

I would think that the 5870x2 should be able to run Cyrsis warhead 1920x1200 maxed out avg 50-60 FPS? maybe with some Ocing? lol maybe?
