my question is its CO/C1 or DO stepping?

I think that Xeon's can't be C0/C1 revisions.

Hmm that's an old batch# I thought the Xeons are D0, but that batch seems like a C0 !!!

Could be an early version of the xeons. The only way to check it out is to test it yourself.

Recently I changed my pc for one higher. Gigabyte UD5-X58, I7 950, 6 GB rams Mushkin Extreme and watercooling.

I want some advices about a great OC, Can anyone help me?

Ask the seller for the sSpec Number, if it's SLBEW or not. Or for a CPU-Z screenshot. You can easily get B0 or C0 instead of D0 so I wouldn't take the risk.

when its a BO/CO/C1 whats about the temps and v-core nearly @4,0-4,2ghz

its a big difference to a DO stepping?

Xeon W3520 Batch: 3931A356

Maybe i'm able to hit 4.5GHz ;)
Temps 79-85 LinX running.

Yeah, sick, I need like 1.33 for 4.2 for mine on air... I think I have a crap BIOS, though, so I'll try to go lower when the new one is out.
But doubt it's going to be lower than 1.3 which is crap. :(
Max temps @ 77C under LinX load, though, so looks like vCore doesn't affect them so much. On the other hand, whenever I go for 4.4 I am pretty screwed.

This is a good batch I got many units of the same batch doing 4.2ghz HT ON @ 1.225v core, 1.225v vtt primed

Hi mate u seem to have some selling skills but i didnt ask you to advertise my chip as ITS NOT FOR SALE!, i like to share my findings with people who are intrested, now if my benchmark / Test result is hurting your eyes i suggest you look away. and talking about stupid prices well, only clever people would have a good estimation!
