Nothing special. Rainmeter + Stardock. For foobar it's DarkOne theme.

Here is my current background. The resolutions don't quite match up, but you can't tell because of the bezels on my monitors. The jpeg compression used to get the file size small enough to be posted on these forums also kind of screwed up the quality.
