Guys, this is not my build, the person however is ok with me posting on other forums. I thought although it's just cardboard, that it is pretty epic! Check it out
The Cardboard 900
This is my tribute to one of the most popular cases out there, the Antec 900! I would like to thank p o s pc for giving me the opportunity to build the best cardboard box pc I can, thanks.
Enjoy!:toast:

Nice pc Helixpc.
Just one question, I'm guessing the North/south orientation of the heatsink is viable with the classified motherboard as the heatsink gets in the way of the fan clips.

Magma`s are beautiful.
@ SSN774: indeed, looks so much better! :D
Nice to see a BTX system
Not the best camera in the world. But I think this accents the changes in air cooling over time. From left to right we have:
Stock AMD Heatsink for Athlon 64 X2 5200+
Stock AMD Heatsink for Phenom II X4 955BE
Scythe USA Andy Samurai Master
Noctua NH-D14
And of course my 30Gal Bow-front, mirror-backed freshwater tank with a single Cichlid, in the background.

A bit bended, no?
Ahhh....i guess i've seen them in the past in HighFlow.nl...Thanx
After taking my PC outside to hit it with 120PSI I figured I might as well take pictures.

And who would have guessed dropped my GPU temperatures 20C at load.
My Tuniq isn't passive, it has the stock fan. You can only see it in the first picture.
Also Global Agenda dropped 40C during peak temps, never went above 67C compared to 107C before. I mean this is ridiculous the amount of difference just from using an air compressor.
Woow, that`s why i`m happy with my 3870, which is about 60 C hot after few hours of playing with stock cooler, but mems on it are stripped.
yea sandwiching 2x GTX 275 into one card is going to get some hot temps, but I should have known to do this earlier. I just kept dropping my OC in response to the retarded temps, but now I can set them back :D
@LedHed: I am not trying to be an a$$ but why do you take so many pictures of your setup that has not changed? I see same setup, different angle pics on a lot of the last pages. Am i missing something? No pun intended. That GTX295 from EVGA looks bad-ass with that backplate.
My setup changed 40C during load, just showing outside clean pictures, I have no other pictures on this forum of outside shots after 120PSI cleaning.
Also I just got a decent camera.
Holly sh**, bloody Saturday  Tomorrow will be mince for dinner? :p:
haha.. :D
i think she like the cooler

Nice :)
ZOMG crazy pics guys! Keep them coming
haha I have people asking me why I'm posting my pictures of my air cooled rig and we have people posting animal pictures...
I was surprised at that too! wtf, I guess animals ARE technically air cooled though lol.

Weston, that looks much better dude
Lots of nice setups here. I will to dust mine out and post up here. :)
God damn, this is huuuuge.
Hows the mounting system on that thing? Like SSN said that thing is MASSIVE!
http://xtreview.com/images/zipang%202%2002.jpg
I don't think the push-pin mounting is as detrimental since the heatsink is only 4" tall with the fan, so it's centre of gravity is far closer to the board unlike tall tower coolers.
140mmx25mm fan, 6 heatpipes, Weight=715g (TRUE=790g)
145 x 149 x 106 mm / 5.71 x 5.87 x 4.17 in (Overall)
I hope these pics turn out ok, It was harder to take pics of than I thought, but here is my air cooled rig, my first one in over 5 years that wasnt cooled by H2o.... Let me know what you guys think!

and it's beautiful  Can we get a shot of the full interior?
Thanx Mr Patty:D If I have one of the inside I will post them up:cool:
well this is what I have as far as the inside shots:)

Hardcore HDT testing (Link, Link)
http://forum.lab501.ro/attachment.ph...7&d=1267739535
Nice one Nascasho, I love the contrasting black and white colours. I guess that picture answers my question on whether the Venomous x fits in a east west config.
Supernice build Nascasho, very clean!
I noticed a lot of people remove any fan grills on the rear exhaust, does it cut the noise or increase the airflow by a huge margin ?
Any obstruction causes turbulence and therefore noise.
And because you usually don't really run into any danger real of cables getting in there, why not?
^ -- looks like that liquid pro metallic stuff
It is Liquid Pro, for maximizing the heat transfer from ihs to base.
Do not put on aluminium surfaces, in this case is for testing the diferences and influence of ihs to base heat transfer in case of HDT coolers.
It works great, but is a nightmare to remove. It gets hard, and you will need to scrape/sand it of.
