:fact: from the looks of this you may already have the manchester 3500+ record without knowing it.............
go check our database. Looks like a newcastle has the overall 3500+ record at 3.6 gig

05xx tpmw with batch number 133
willis, 578 is not high, think about how many CPUs can be made from a wafar?
578 for me is about 90~110...
my fx60 batch is 461..
Friend told me that's about 5th~10th
think about why those 4xx Opty from 0550 or 0551
http://img470.imageshack.us/img470/2...rspi16m9bw.jpg
nice cpu OPB and iteresting info on the fx 60. So you think they had yield issues later on?
from the 70+ fx I played with fx55 clawhammer
3 date codes can be the king
1. 0435 UPAW
2. 0438 TPMW
3. 0442 GPMW
A=R, B=S, C=T,....they are represented as 7 days from the week
MPM and MPMW are special mix
FX57 has 4 date codes:
1. 0516wpmw--->N code
2.0522tpmw----> T code
3.0524 vpmw----> T code
4. 0530 apmw----> Tcode
Interesting what would you think semprons marked with MPM mean? Saw 2 of them today looking for a specific cpu for someone.
I just purchased two processors - LDBHE 0601's, however the person I bought it from said the model number was "ADA3800BVBOX", but yet it's a Rev. E6 - the distributor must have made a mistake on their sheets as I heard from a friend:
BV = E4
2x512kb Cache = E4
LDBHE = only E4
Is this correct. So am I really getting the E4?
Thanks :)
I just purchase two myself jnick.
Mine are LDBHE 0601 TPMW
and LDBHE 0601 XPMW
which one of these do you guys think will be the better clocker?
can't believe I just bought 2 more processors.
Tough to say. Guess you'll just have to push them and find out.
this has got to be a super high batch number i pulled out of the dumpster.
plus its an N chip :(
I just got all my phase change parts in and need to head over to Jinu117's place when I get the time.
I'm assuming T chips are better for phase? and my batch number most likely blows chunks?
is my goal to find a low batch LDBHE 0601 with a T in the corner?
here's a picture of the chip.
I wouldn't get all down, 0601TPMW is a good chip. And don't worry about the batch #, i had a 3000+ venice that primed @ 3 Ghz on water, and the batch was 1127 :)
I'm excited - the chip I got was the LDBHE 0601 TPEW, same as SuperTimor, hopefully it clocks well!
Fullup3 - Both should do relatively well! Nice chips!
This chip looks very familiar cept the one i checked out personally is a batch 0203 and there is another # diff in the serial # which i will not say. Hint hint Absolute :)Quote:

It's funny how a "super stepping" emerges, and everyone goes ape sh%t to get their hands on them......myself included.
Time will tell if these will be the new 0530 apmw, or 0550 vpmw.
Certainly, they seem to be a little easier to find, and less expensive too, especially than the opty 170's.
this super stepping has been around for quite some time......I've been using these and telling people about these for quite some time now........lets say since week 0539. go check the x2 thread i just posted results of that chip also.

0607 "T" proved a bit of a disappointment - weak core 1 above about 2500. In fact, beyond that it needs more volts too, not that it helps much. I know just the person to buy this - 2500 @ 1.33v on stock HSF would be a bargain.
No phase for this one, not worth wasting the dielectric grease on.
You guys with 0601s, stop fretting! An N will probably be very good, as good as a T.
haha but i must use bh5 with at least 3.4-3.6 volts without my memcontroller dying.
:para: must find 0601 TPMW with T :para:
Jim, my 0601 is a "N" chip. I have always perfered them to ""T" chips.Quote:

0601TPMW is an N, as the photo shows. Judging by my experience of these things, all 0601TPMW are N.
I could be wrong.
Absolute 0 has one on the way it is a far lower batch # than the ones you guys are seeing. Will be very interesting to see if it's a T or N. I couldn't tell when i went to hand pick it for him. Stupid retail box...........
Hi all,
I bought a new X2 4200+ yesterday, it was even cheaper than a X2 3800+ so...
Anyway
ADA4200DAA5BV
LDBHE 0605SPCW
batch 61195
"N" - chip
Now that batchnumber is f*cking high, but what can I say, nothing to do about it.
It's not yet installed in my system, waiting for my TT Big Typhoon and Lian Li :D
What do you guys think of the stepping?
