It doesn't look wider to me.
It's the inscription that's more centered on the GTO than on the X800XT. Maybe that's why it looks wider.

Ozan Beseski....it does not look like yours is moddable if you don't have the Fs in the right places. I'm not sure if the newer cores can be hardmodded, maybe someone else does.

Jupiler....alright, it probably is because the text is more centered, thx for the info.

it has slipped my mind on how to check but it shouldnt hurt to try, just make sure to lower your mem by about 50-70 before applying the clocks because they run faster, but hotter

Guys you think its worth trading in my 6600 GT for this card ? The store by me has a Sapphire X800 GTO2 what you think ??? and they go up to XT speeds ?

YES man 6600gt is slower than GTO and yet alone when it mods to x850xt at what ever clock speed

Is that good or bad? Would some Arctic Silver help? During the test, i set the fan on to full towards the end, and temps dropped from 65ish to 57 during load :)

I guess its time to say goodbye to my ol' faithful 6600GT. Had it for over a year..bought it when they just came out. Used to do 565/1192 MHz and I had a lot of fun with it. It'll be missed :(

id say thats bloddy good for £150 as5 will get you a drop in temps maybe a few mhz on core, mine will be here tomorow , what cooling are you using on it? i orderd a zalman vf700 cooler , i may stick my water block on it , i was planning on getting rid of all my xtreme cooling and going back to air but i may be tempted to just keep the water for the gt02

yeah thats true. Most of these outdo clocked X850XTs and cost like a fraction of them :D

These are going to run out soon....limited edition :(. Should be pwnage in crossfire :D

BTW, Catalyst 5.10 Drivers are now out. Am downloading them now. Hope to break 14k in 3D Mark 03 :)

TRONIK got over 15k with a x800xl link @ 579/612 i think K.I.T.T is gonna get lower scores due to using a pentium processor. will see how mine fairs with my x24800 tomorow
