it lives! now for some OC and benches. I can be more patient, though, as we already know it works, and at a freakishly low vcore I might add. :)

here to see some really good clocks with the new step :D
have fun clocking it when you can again :banana4:
How is this amazing? Best 3000+'s can DO 2.4 GHz / 1.2V too. I want to see 3 GHz on air on that FX55 HSF -> that would be amazing enough for me ;)
Ok, I'm back. I'm gonna upload some screenies so give me a sec. I'll come back and make a link for a new thread cuz I'm sure the people who want to see how this chip clocks don't wanna read through 6 pages of chit-chat. Oh, BTW, that low voltage SS is even more incredible when you take into consideration the vdroop on my motherboard. Here's a screenshot while SuperPi was calculating.......

That 1.168 is the maximum real voltage when set to 1.2vcore. I'll brb....
"Guess what I got? Hint: It starts with a "V" ;) "
dude tha's nasty only women have that, lol anyways nice chip :)
Nice keep on posting!
sweet voltages man! bet that chip must run cool. what temps you get? :)
Can't wait to see some overclocked screenies!
Alec
