These are settings reported by NiBiTor.Ilya what you reported as being you card's setting is just a preset of nTimings written in the ini file(probably used before).
After benchmarking with all these settings in 3DMark 2005,I got a difference in performance of max 0.5%(best for 6800NU).
Something else:looking in the data sheet for Hynix 3.6ns memory and at the timings for 6600 cards,I observed that they are way over specification -I mean the timmings are faster.
Is to be said that slower memory allows faster timings and faster memory allow slower timings.
Now,again,I don't know if is worth giving so much importance to the timings.
I don't care that is posible to rise mem clock if performance increase is almost 0.
