ANYTHING, can be killed due to overvoltage. The higher the voltage the higher the risk.
i think he menas by running vtt over 1.7v or vdimm 3.4v

Do a research of how much those models costs : Hewlett Packard 8753B Network Analyser , Hewlett Packard 8591A , Hewlett Packard 8756A , 83545A , 2 x 66312A , Tektronix 492AP..etc......ONLY the instraments cost over 100.000 Euros not to mention the other stuff....I think I can support my family well , don't you think so?... :D
