well then whatever the reason is that you feel you can act that way is, possably the anonymity that the internet provides or you feel you've earned it by have'n X number or posts or being banned off X number of servers or you that have done this or that for the overclocking community, with anyluck you will learn that its not excusable when you mature a bit.
i don't understand , when i have Gpu clock stock i'm able to reach 570 Ram without artefact but no significant gain.
When i get 500 Gpu i can reach max 520
when i get 510 gpu i can reach 500 ram

But when you set core to anything above 500 mem is stuck at 500?
Sounds like card has bad power regualtion or maybe psu.

you need to hardmod your card to 16 pipes.
He'd get 500-800 points with 16 pipes. 16 pipes helps more in 2k3 than 2k1.Quote:

Well if he could only get 640/630 clocks after the pipeline mod he'd gain around 500 points from nature alone, his nature score should be around 300 or a little better i'd guess at those clocks with 16 pipelines. Hard to say since few people put there card clocks in there compares. He's use'n the 4.4's or 4.5's i cant remember, going to the 4.6's or the 4.7 should give him a bit of a boost if i remember correctly.
Cache/higher cpu speed would give him more points than a 16 pipe mod no doubt but would put him within strike'n distance of the front page if not on it and he would be doing it with what he currently has.

in actual gaming/realworld performance there fairly equal(3400vs3500) with the 3500+ edge'n out the clawhammer in most tests. 3dmark01se is fairly cache dependant with these cards and thats where the s939 newcastles loose to clawhammers, cache dependant tests. A s939 fx53 would prolly put him close to if not the fastest 12 pipecard on the orb(orbs to slow to check) at equal clocks. Modding his card to 16 pipelines should put him no less than 32.5k depending on how much or if he loose's core speed with more pipelines.

snaggin a free copy of 2003 64bit beta should be better than xp. But you might loose out on the drivers somewhat.
I compared xp64 with the ati beta 64 bit drivers and they were around 800~points lower than 2kpro. I imagine 32bit winxp would have dropped around that much compared to 2kpro with equal drivers. I didnt think the beta drivers were all that bad.

Also the s939 newcastles seem to do a tad better in car high than clawhammers oddly enough but no where near enough to really be noteable.

I wasn't comparing CH vs NC in price. Sorry if I didn't make that clear enough for you.
and yes the article compares 754 vs 939 and 1 mb vs 512k chips so its very informative.
Seems your opinion is not based on facts other than the top 10 people in the country who use the fx-53 and would use a FX-63 if they could get thier hands on it reguardless of costs.
For the money a 3500+ & 3800+ are wonderfull chips. If you take the 400.00 you save and get a X800 Video card thats worth more for gaming and practicle use than the FX with its 512k cache advantage thats shown in TESTS to help very little.
even on this forum OCing a NC 125 mhz more makes up for the extra cache of the CH core. How many CHs have people complained about not being able to get high clocks out of??? hummmm
