Great job, mt!
Also interested in seeing more on your OC'ing / load temps - so don't think you're finished with this log yet :)
Haven't fully loaded it yet. Crysis was the biggest test so far. I was looking at those, still haven't decided yet. I kind of like the solid plate look.
I'll figure something out.
:ROTF:
Are these build logs ever really finished. :p:
I will probably hold off till the weekend to really mess with OC'ing. I want to enjoy it a bit first. Also school takes away most of my free time. :(
I'll be posting results later on though, along with photos of the few small fixes that need to be made.
I'm also talking to a buddy of mine that has a better camera, a little more talent, ........ and a mac with photoshop. :p:
When we get some time, I'm going to have him take some higher quality photos of it. :D
Somehow, in my excitement earlier, I forgot to subscribe :(
But nice dude! Looks incredible. The outside belies the inside, the T3 is a subtle hint
I love it like that. You walk up to it and it doesn't look like much, then you pop the hood. :D
I added the blue LEDs that came with the T3 to it. The were fitted into the slots that are right behind the threaded inserts. The T3 glows really nice with them and distilled water.

Congratulations there Miller, all your hard work has paid off, looks excellent!.
I love the blue sleaving as well.
Very nicely done MIller. Looks great, the case is very elegant and once you open it up, you see the real beast in it :D
The only thing is the PCIE connectors, if you could have only finished off the heatshrink nicer. Like closer to the connector itself. Other than that, AMAZING!
I might later on. Right now, it not high on the list. I also need to clean up the 24 pin as i didn't do a very good job with keeping the wires from getting tangled.
I'm more worried about the PCI slot covers and the ugly beige DVD burner.
From there, I want to enjoy the comp a little bit before i fix sleeving.
I agree with dualbrain....
Ha. Yeah, that's key. When I first had in mind this latest build I thought to myself, "oops.. what am I going to do all my renders and post to project logs with since I'm using these same parts for the new build?"
Hence, the new renderbox I now have. :D
Nice job, Miller. You know that I'm a big fan of the Cosmos!
There will be more updates coming. I still need to test this thing. :D Thanks for the comments.
I think it is going to be a bit before another build starts. Even though my AMD box keeps asking for watercooling. ;)
Thanks man. Yea, I got my AMD box as my back-up. It works nice.
I can't wait to see your finished photos. Also wouldn't mind taking a vacation at your parent's place. :D
Dig how your T3 looks, MT!
Did you manage to record/remember your frame rate/rez on Crysis by any chance?
the build came out wonderful mate :) cheers :toast:
No problem dude. Test it, enjoy it. Then get to work on it :)Quote:

Pretty good :)
Next step: OC :D
Looks great MT :) Do like!
I like the Blue LEDs on the T3
Really happy for you that this came out so well, and that everything seems to be working like a charm. And, I agree with taking some time to enjoy it.
Nice build millertime!
