Would someone help me... How fast is the 5770 memory? "T2C" it says 2.5gbps?

when IS the NDA lifted on these things?
Thanks. So 5750, 5770, 5850 & 5870 ram should all overclock to around ~1300mhz? Jeez.
Photoshop fun! :)

I think its fugly where the power connector is on the 5850. It just looks out of place, power connects to fake vent(even says so in manual "power in vent") lol. Id really like to see a standard cooler design from the 5 series top down. It makes me think theres more under the hood when they all look the same. For the most part they look similar, but Im a detail guy and look for perfection. If you look at the market these days, even how the hardware looks can impact buying decisions. I know I try to make everything match my black setup and even pay more for things just cuz they black. Does it make sense no, but it looks tight!;)
AMD has the performance/watt advantage. BY A LOT.
I'm guessing part of the reason these cards are somewhat underperforming(the 5870 SHOULD perform 10-30 better than the 4870x2 as there's no driver overhead and CF inefficiencies) compared to what many expected is due to power efficiency optimizations. That and poor drivers. I'm still saying that we can expect around a 10-30% performance boost in many apps if we just give it time.
Still, Specs are wrong a week before launch :/
latest pics Bit-tech out there with 5770

new one here PCB layout is DIFFERENT

I hope these live up to expectations, ideally at a £125 price point.
Wait so this means there will be no software voltage control?
think so... :(
(you live near me ;)..)
i live just outside oxford, near wallingford :D

The radial cooler also has vents in the black plastic base to cool the VRMs underneath, but there's no heatsink to cool them and they don't feature the fancy software controlled digital PWMs of the 5800 series - these are the standard MOSFET style with large chokes.
yup i'm here studying but am originally from the states.
Anyway, that sucks, if I can't softmod them then I think I'll just shell out for a 5850
Slides! No 1120sp rumour though :(
edit: they pulled the story
so the 5770 is a 4890, with gimped ram
