Your res idea is amazing!
The white Enermax fans with the TC shroud is a really nice contrast, it makes everything pop.

Love the res design. I'm doing one similar but top of the res is routed so when
mounted inside the case it sits flush with the outside, however mine's just
square and boring unlike yours
For slovent cement try this one http://www.tapplastics.com/shop/product.php?pid=130
Is I remember correctly its the same stuff SNiiPE DoGG used for his res.
You will need to apply the solvent cement with some products like the ones that are at the bottom of the link(one above)
This is a link http://www.rplastics.com/plac.html
to another site that sells everything to do with Perspex, heaps of products and info, well worth a look around the site.
This is a link http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...=225441&page=2
that was given to me by a XS member "Rise" on a work log by "Voigts" he shows how he made his res and how he used the solvent cement, really worth a look.

This is by CyberDruid's, another excellent example of the quality of the people on XS. Take your time looking at this one.
Solvent cement works by capillary action.
Hence the need for a perfect fit.
Full strength is in 24-48 Hr's
If you have small gaps and can't fix them buy cleaning the edge up, you can use Viscous cement.
Viscous cement is thick and will fill small gaps. It can make strong transparent joints where solvent cement can't.
You can buy it or you can make your own viscous cement by dissolving chips of clear acrylic sheet in a small amount of solvent.
Once made, apply a small bead of cement to one side of the joint, join the pieces, and tape or clamp in place until cured.
There is heaps of info on the net about this, as this is where I first got all my info, then I talked to people in the know, face to face.
Just remember, this res is going to hold probably some where near 1liter/2 pints of water over the top of your "Brand new, not so cheap computer"
It really neads to be water tight or goodbye new PC or hello magic black smoke!
Good luck whith this, I have every faith in you, I too intend to build my on res as well, hope this info helps.
Looking forward to seeing the end result, and maybe some photo's along the way, hint, hint.
