Now please send Dr.Sig the completed questionaire so that he can develop a personalized treatment for you.
It's a pretty simple questionaire.
All he needs to know is how many people in your family and the square footage of your home to figure out how many QUADS you can accomodate.
Now I will give you sonme inside info.
Tell him two more people than you really have and 500 less square feet than really exists.
The last guy told him the truth and had to move his wife and two of the kids to the garage just to fit in all the machines!:rofl:
