-I nearly had a power supply drown by making the loop on a bad way empty and didn't screw a stop on my ek res very well while it was leaking, and I was wondereing where the f*ck the water kept coming ^^

-I advise sometimes

I should call myself a few months ago a big watercooln00b (with teh big zero's ^^), but I wanted to learn :), so that was good :banana:

now I'm more an enthousiast, I learn from its nearly every day, by reading and watching@ XS (then I spread my info that I learned everywhere where it's needed :)) and I'm happy to be cooling with water right now, muchos better than air :) :up::yepp:

YOu can learn as much from one rig that you rebuilt many times over. If you think about it, you really can learn MORE that way since you can replace a component in your loop and see the true delta.

okey i know im gonna get pwned for this...

but 5 loops is not enough... maybe 5 different types of loops, but 5 loops is definitely not enough..

Leaking? I think if your a pro, we dont even think about leaks... However we get them, when we do tho, we dont run around like a headless chicken and flare up the thread asking for help on how to wipe water off the board.. :P

Flow and physics? i couldnt agree with you more here... it gets really funny when people try to prove physics wrong...

im an advant when it comes to planning. I tell everyone PLAN b4 you buy, make sure you know what your buying and why...

The most common mistake on this forum is mismatched parts.. Injector blocks on multi block systems, or people throwing in random second pumps and 3-4 radiators when they dont know the reason...

The funnest and newiest fad on XS... getting rads larger then your case can possibly fit...

This cracks me up... (if our legends could see this forum now, they would probably die from laughing so hard)

my new definition of PRO... sets his own standards which work, and does not follow the bandwagon when it comes to builds...

ur rad is bigger them most people's cases, so you dont count... :rofl:

Also you took the application aspect into mind, so it works with your project..

I still love Naja's radiator tho.. koyo's are so nice..

Just joking...and copper rads are very cool. Only problem is the frame tends to be less elegant than alu rads. Unsure why but it just seems the case.

P.s. I will be reworking my loop so that the rads are in common but using 2 "Y" connectors I will give each loop (cpu and vga) its own pump. The "out" tubing from the two blocks will travel each to its own pump and then get merged before entering the rads together.

I saw that the benefit of 16m of head as opposed to 8m is nonexistant basically so this seems just the best way to use the 2 pumps.

I don't know if it should be 5x rebuild or 5x completely different loops.
I found out that rebuilding a loop can also be very educative.
Especially when I had such a small leak that a small almost invisible water drip killed one of the strongest 2900Pro's I've seen. :(

I agree with Neakuh that one should create its own standard. I think I'm good in building loops the way I always do, but I would have trouble doing it another way. You can't call a rally driver a bad/n00b driver because he doesn't know how to handle a formula1 car. :)

Sometimes circumstances present you with a situation and you try and deal with it.
In my case the GTX560.. But then again it also makes you think and bring in the creative part of your mind and push the boundaries.
Now I have a MCR320 that will easily fit in the LL V2000 but because of circumstances the GTX560 is the rad that will be used.

I absolutely hated the pump that came with that set. (can't for the love of Allah remember what it was)

At one point the rest was water cooled, but vapo's are an expensive hobby.
I quit after it died on me, if I had the money to spend I'd go back in a heartbeat.
I loved phase change cooling. :up: To bad it's such a hassle setting up and changing bits.
