Want A-DATA DDR500?

my 2.8C runs 295, and I'm shooting for 300 with some improved cooling. 4.2 GHz and 300 5:4 is going to be quite fast.

Uhh, pc-memory-upgrade.co.uk are really fast. Friday shipped, today arrived.

This is the best i can do for screenie with a pari of Adata's. I can do stable at 267fsb. I believe this is the limit for a 3.2ghz and the adata combo. ihad a 120mm over the mem. and a 80mm over the northbridge. turned the Mach 2 fans to Max. and vcore, vdimm to max. AIrconditioned room with case open.

Ht disabled. mem at 3-4-4-8 w/ 3.2volts
1:1 divider by the way.

2.8C without a phase-changer? No A-Data. Your FSB won't be high enough. Search for CL2 ram @ 250-260.

I re-read this thread; the first post says A-data is from Japan? i am in Japan but haven't seen any... I would pick them up for u guys if I can find them.....

Their website says they are HQ in Taiwan..

Wouldn't running 300mhz 1:1 with loose timings blow away 5:4 performance with tight timings?

define loose timings though if you can squeeze out 300mhz 1:1 at 3-4-3-8 could be close but hate to see the vdimm you need to run it LOL
