Woah.. For those of you who want to take that advice, make sure you know that he has a Thermochill shroud. Don't go puncturing your Thermochill radiator now :)

Damn these Meanwells seem to really be causing problems eh?
If there were more people using RD30s I'd actually be building my own line of voltage converters and PSUs (ac-dc) for RD30s :D The only barrier would be my mom...COME ON PETRA START STOCKING PUMPS!!! The advantage to being a kid with too much time is that I can get away with tiny profit margins and stay in business :D
Grinch. Here are the rules.
Just 25 mm fan to radiator, then use 1.25 inch screws
fan grill to case and then to 25 mm to gasket to radiator, then use 1.5 inch screws
If you use fan grill to case and then to 25 mm fan to gasket to shroud to gasket to radiator, then use 1.75 inch screws.
The radiator ***WILL** puncture if you use anything longer thn 1.25 inch screws if you do not use a fan grill or a gasket or rubber grommets.
Be warned.
Haha, I did, but I ditched it. I still use the screws, but my MM fan grill is acrylic and VERY thick. In addition I run silicone washers and the fan vibration dampening sleeves and two layers of gaskets (one on case and one on rad). So I'm probably about 1/8" to 1/4" into the radiator itself.
