Most likely adding these other refrigerants are changing the partial perssure to avoid dry ice, or are just pushing it thru the evap.
i have fun time with my cascade now, but i want to improve the temps... except changing to better gas, what should i do to get better temps?
as for 2nd stage compressor, i want to change my 1/3 hp Kulthorn to something better. i have few options here:
- Rotary R22 Matsu$hita 3/4hp $75
- Rotary R22 Daikin (chinese manf) 3/4hp (but the accumulator were half-sized compared to matsu$hitas) $60
- Rotary R22 Daikin (chinese manf) 1hp $75
which one should i use?

finally bought some not so good thermometer :D, well at least it can read down to more than -50c
