My 0632 GPMW 4000+ is so freaky but had its wall @ 3,3 Ghz and 1,408 V prime stabil under single stage. I tried much more vcore, changed multis and so on but nothing changed. So it is no wonder that I couldnt break the record of starostise...only 3787 Mhz were possible :(
Man nice results congrats on the WR
yep. seeing gianni-gt's 3700+ with that temps i was thinking that a 4000+ with a good stepping could break 4Ghz barrier easy with x12 multi but it seems to be very difficult.. it s just luck :stick:Quote:

my 4000+ was 50W tdp and got 65°C in full with only 1.5v under my freezer 64 pro and 21-22°C ambiant
i think i've found the one who can crack the 4ghz, but the guy wouldn't sell it :( maybe i'll win in the lottery, then i pay 1k $ for this baby... :D
Addict :fact:
Hello!
This is a small uppdate of my Old Kab1e 0626FPMW 4000+, I sold it to a friend over att Techsweden.org, whom has a Mach1 and he did, this http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...ta/3508Mhz.gif He is aming for 3,6ghz prime next. BTW what is the prime WR for none FX A64´as? Best Regards from sweden ;)
The prime wr for AMD non-FX is about 3530 Mhz from gianni-gt: http://bastel-gianni.ripping.org/ove...4bpmw_3530.jpg
your test is not really stabil because its the false prime with the false test, no blend, large fft´s or custom only !!!
Is there anyone of you who is interested in some good amd athlon64 san diego / clawhammer cpus ? If yes please pn me ;)
next week or so, i'm getting a 4000+ 0633 epmw, so count me in for some action.
hopefully without coldbug. :D
I'm currently lapping my X2 4200+ 0601SPMW (not a very good clocker) and I will see what I can get out of it this weekend with DICE.
dual-cores? who cares :D
Hehe gianni you are right :D
my new 0626FPMW: http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=178200
water-cooling @ 8°C, vcore @ 1.77V, cpu-temp @ 20°C
You have to get some more...about 250 Mhz. But for water a good job :)
Damn.
I actually got 3 off stock voltage primed for 12 hours @ 36 max load and I was pretty impressed, but these results are amazing. I had no clue! I could prolly do more with the chip, but my Neo 4 board maxes at 255 FSB.
For 24/7 use I think this is a pretty good OC. Should I aim for more for 24/7 stable usee
Any general recommendations?
