Here's pretty much max what I can get with the board in stock condition as of now.
It might be the CPU that is limiting me, I have never run it this high on air cooling before.

The OCZ8500 seems to like this board :)
These are error free Memtest 1.65+ #5 frequencies. Benching frequencies should be higher.

The feeling I get is that this board needs more voltage, since it's quite stable until a certain point. 1.55V is available in my BIOS version, let's hope they can increase it :)
Interesting indeed.Quote:

Gonna stop with the fax FSB for the time being as I'm having all sorts of problems and need to figure out what's going wrong there.
quad core FSB results would also be great ;)
:D SOrry man only got an x6800 and e6700 hereQuote:

Thanks Johnny
This board is no overclocking monster. It needed over 1.6 to reach 3.6 on 6400 and 6600 on watercooling which is way too much. I can get to 4ghz on 1.5v on p5b deluxe and still king at half the price. In9 is a disappointment for overclocking but fine for sli. Seems to be hype but this is the first bios, personally I cant see another bios giving that extra needed oc at lower volts.
do you own one ? describe your rig and your method of oc and after we will seeQuote:
