Don't use clockgen. Use crystalcpuid. It will allow you to lower your multiplier to to 6x, so you can find your memory's max speed.Quote:

Guys... 2.0v 850mhz 4-3-3-9.... I'm guessing that's pretty f'ing good. Haven't tried any higher right now, because my board wont go higher without better northy cooling and Im not about to rip this rig apart AGAIN...
I had to dremel my heatsink, my psu AND my case to fit this rig together, cause this MOBO has socket at the very edge of board, which in my midtower means the heatsink leans on the PSU... heatpipes prevented proper seating... took 5+ reseats and a full days work just getting this rig running.
Uhhhhhh....
300 System bus using 800 divider @ 1.8v 4-3-3-9 (so 900 ram)
:)
I like this stuff.
In windows now @ 425 1:1 (850) 1.8v ram 4-3-3-9.
nice looking stuff youve got.sigh just wish i couldve grabbed a set :(
Are these faty's:

Fatbody D9, capable of running tight timings such as 3-2-2, 4-2-2 at high speeds of 800-1000mhz with the right voltages. Can handle voltage a tiny bit better than slim d9's we have today and really shine with 2.4v and above. Also, these are in 2GB flavor, very very rare for fatbodies. :)Quote:

Not yet, prolly gonna go through the same hoops as the first so wednesday or thursday.
One note: even with mounting right... DAAMN chip runs hot. Big Typhoon @ stock vcore (1.325 @ 3200mhz = 50*C load.) Imma recheck mounting and swap out fan for an adjustable rpm.
LOOOOOOOOOOOOL
i bought some cheap 256MB stick of Micron RAM to be my "jump start" stick in case fatbody don't work from straight boot
hell i thought why not give it a bit of a run and see what it does heheheheh :D :D :D :D :D :D (as you would)
how's this for kick arse value ram lol
