only diffrent with 2.0 and 2.5 is in evap
evap 2.0 has enter capilary on top and suction center on bottom
evap2.5 has enter capilary on bottom center
so whole cap tube is in suction

instead 4mm I drill 2,9mm hole

and 2,3mm chaneles and 1,7mm gaps
Make the bottom about 1 mm thinner to make it do a little better :) And at the top, make it bit smaller on drill size and just nick it with suction tube OD size so you can push it in without having to worry about blocking suction return... :)Quote:

I would definately make the base thinner. 6mm is pretty thick. I would personally go to 4mm tbh

Not so much about thickness as an air tight seal at least for me. But yeah that would probably compress pretty heavily. You'd end up having to tighten down again.
