Duniek, what is the difference between rev 2.0 and 2.5 ?
regards,
Marvin
only diffrent with 2.0 and 2.5 is in evap
evap 2.0 has enter capilary on top and suction center on bottom
evap2.5 has enter capilary on bottom center
so whole cap tube is in suction
project
instead 4mm I drill 2,9mm hole

and 2,3mm chaneles and 1,7mm gaps
Make the bottom about 1 mm thinner to make it do a little better :) And at the top, make it bit smaller on drill size and just nick it with suction tube OD size so you can push it in without having to worry about blocking suction return... :)
This one really brings me back old memories lol.
can do captain :D
in next revision will be done

Yay your putting some insuatlion around the otuside of the muff. I save 10c on the vapo LS doing it my self.
I might have to get one of these new ones off you dude
I would definately make the base thinner. 6mm is pretty thick. I would personally go to 4mm tbh
this evap good hold quad :D
but I will make 4 and 5 mm base for test after new year

Really nice, but i can tell you that that isulation is not enough thick and strong for backplate (motherboard isulation). Try to mount it and you will see in 1 week how thick it will be ;)
Kind Regards
Not so much about thickness as an air tight seal at least for me. But yeah that would probably compress pretty heavily. You'd end up having to tighten down again.
