Running at 3.4ghz(426x8) at 1.525v. Check sig for scores.
Low 70's at full load with the settings just posted.Quote:

I wonder why so many people are posting high Vcore (1.4+) and I am perfectly fine at stock (1.35)?
Yeah yeah, keep bragging! :nono:Quote:

hehehe so show us some Orthos prime stable and vcore measurements. heheheh if you are only able to boot at that and do 1M or similar....................than you're 200Mhz short of the last CPU i've tested heheheh :p:Quote:

Got my E6400 today week 28. So far my max clock is 3.63Ghz with 1.45V cant go no higher as i have reached my limit on my DS3, Settled for a 24/7 clock of 3.3Ghz at 1.35V.:D

Will run some more benchies drekly and run othors overnight.
Does anybody have week 25? I have L625A294 and I don't know if it's a good week or not. And please post you max OC. I don't know if my MB or CPU is limiting me for higher OC.

Finally got the P5B back. And this one works! :D
Maks FSB with this board is 450Mhz with V fsb at 1.4V and VNB 1.6V. Bios is 0507.
The CPU is a E6400 L626A283
It is not stable at all, Was one step away from finnishing 32M.
It works fine with 1.3125V (BIOS) at 3.2GHz. Even if I raise voltage to 1.55V it doesn't help too much.Quote:

I fold 24/7 on both Core with this machine. I have never had a failed WU due to stability issues. I often play BF2 while folding as well with no issues. I don't run stability programs like Prime95 because I would rather be spending the CPU time folding. Although folding may not be quite as harsh on the CPU as Prime95, it is very demanding.Quote:

got my E6400 L627A720 today:

How many of these overclocks at 3.4,3.5,3.6Ghz are 24 hour stable on Orthos?
I can get to 3.5Ghz on my 6400, but its only 4 hour stable on Orthos, but every else seems perfectly stable on what I do? I can do single 32MB SuperPi also, but not dual. Is there any special assigning of cores to each SuperPi instance?
To tell you the truth, as long as my system is stable for what I need it for, why bother. Sure you can say my system isn't truely stable (I am not saying it won't pass the 24 hours Orthos, I just don't know, never ran it). But I fold 24/7 on both cores and have never had an issue. That is stable as far as I am concerned. Anything more is just unecessary.Quote:

But I am contemplating whether to put it back to 3.5GHz and just run it there.

If you still have stock cooler on and hit 70C, would you run throttlewatch
for us? It'll let us know if the CPU's throttling or not.
