Hey little devil, i am interested in a socket 775 mounting kit for my Nvidia 780i chipset motherboard. I have a Mach2 regassed with 404a. Can you make one for me such that i can assemble it to my Prommie without removing the long tubing...evaporator.
I am interested in 2 mounting kits and postage will be to Dublin, Ireland. Can you also send me some pictures of the mounting kit that you have and instructions on fitting them to existing Mach 2 mounting head.

Also no high side port? How long do you end up vacuuming to hit 350micron range? I honestly don't like the idea even after doing a ton of exactly the same build to not be able to know high side pressures while tuning.
3 - 4 hours to hit under 150 micron range... When you use exact the same parts, captube lenght...etc you will see you don't need high side valve. I try to put high side valve in 2 units last week and pressure was normal in high load...

I guess the "system is the solution" as IBM says. You've got this down to a fine art Little Devil. I expect that yields quality and consistency that keeps the orders coming in. I may have missed this in this amazingly long thread but how many units do you usually turn over per month?
I know, something inside me though is always like, I wanna know I wanna know I wanna know. On that I'm working on a new idea, to let me have that, without leaving it in the unit and leaving a source of problems. A high side gauge on a rather long captube, using my filters that have hgih side access, cutting off the valve and brazing in the captube. Then pinching off the captube with the proper tool and brazing shut sealing it.
What do you think?

I cheat like this once in a while and as far as charging goes theres no problem, as long as you know the system well enough you can get away with only low side access. When i do this i just physicaly feel the cap tube to make sure temp (pressure) isnt to high, and charge acording to suction pressure values.Quote:

As you agreed, these 2 items must be sent free of charge. The 18th of August, you told me that you would send everything this week. I did not receive anything.
My e-mail sent the 16th of october asked you to replace the GPU plate by a CPU plate for socket 1366 (Nehalem), if possible, since I finally managed to solve the problem for the GPU unit.
Moreover, I sent you another e-mail the 21st of november because I need 2 plastic circular parts (in metal instead if possible) and 2 metal circles. Furthermore, would you have a GTX260 GPU plate ? Of course, for those, I will pay them.

I have 2 questions though: With a regular water cooling pump, they give off an EM field which may affect hard drives that are located right beside the pump. So it's usually advised to mount the pump far away from the hard drives as possible in the computer. Well I'm just wondering if the same principle would apply to the compressor unit? Would there not be some kind of EM field generated from it? I suppose it's still safe though because other people have obviously mounted these units into their V2000, but I was just wondering.
And the second question is, is there a start up period that is needed for the gas to cool down before the computer can be turned on be functional? Or could you turn on both the computer and the cooler at both the same time and start using the computer right away (while the coolant is cooling down)?
