Is that really the limit of the CPU? Seems a bit weird that 2600 is fine @ stock(?) and 2700 is impossible to reach?
Aircooled BTW... CNPS7700-AlCu.
Having some temp trouble at these speeds, 49C load @ 2.6GHz 1.41v, with an open case.
My Winnie was fine at 2.4GHz 1.65 volt inside a closed case with no temp problems whatsoever, compared to this venice, 2.7GHz @ 1.55v reaches about 62C
Edit: 2.6G @ 1.41v seems fine... 2.65 fails prime95 within 1 minute.
My winnie did 2.4 stable forever and 2.5 for like 20 hours, and 2.6 for less than a minute. How come this CPU seems to manage 2.6 forever and 2.65 for like 15 secs? :(
