The loop is like this: Pump-radiator-CPU-pump. What do you guys think?
the system is too ordered but the radiators can't aspire air and your prestation diminish
sorry for my bad english :p:
hmm, what do you mean ? its bad ? is it something that I can do better ? and btw I MUST have two 90degrees bends there.
the position of radiator is too bad, put it up or out of caseQuote:

(Gotta be someone in teh case gallery w/ this combo, start from teh beginning, I bet you'll find it :hrhr: (Oh and the rest looks okay and getting rid of the bends will help especially given the pump size)
And sure you're gonna carry that behemoth to lan parties  (I've lifted one of those things, they're build like a tank and feel it)
As for Diablos, that is the why the case is designed that way so you CAN put the rad on teh bottom :D
Well he is using the nicely curved angles and not the eeeeevil L shaped ones, also he only uses 2 not a whole lot, so it's actually not that bad.
lol most everyone with stacker cases put the rad at the bottom

is that rad mounted to the case or just sitting there?

Any comments?
Now this is a nice, tight, good-looking system setup. Kudos m8! I have something similar in mind and am in the middle of outlining it on paper and ordering. What kind of load temps are you getting?

Bacon you hit it on the spot. The PC65 is very difficult to work with when you want a decent 1/2" water cooling system. I found my solution by locating my rad behind my case about a year ago (page 5 of this thread for my second watercooling setup). This gives me a serious problem with loop order, as Maxxxracer pointed out to me a year ago, and I've been gradually trying to improve the loop order.
When I was first doing my fill, I had some problems with cavitation, but after I managed to get water in every part of the tube by rotating my entire case several dozen times I got the loop working. I filled the reservoir almost completely with water so now everything works like a charm.
My load temps are 32C @ 2.8ghz and about 30C @ 2.0ghz. I think my radiator is big enough for my components, especially with my two loud sunnon fans sucking massive air.
Right now I'm in the middle of cleaning up my wires and looking for an anti-dust solution... any ideas? comments?
Have to agree, after going to stright watercooling in a pc65 with 1/2" tubing space is damn tight - very hard to hide the wires thats for sure!having said that I do have quite a lot in this case. Have to say I'm also very pleased with it. Pretty quiet near silent (PSU is the loudest), much mroe convenient that phase change and my load temps are 38C with an overclocked X2 (both cores full load) and an overclocked GTX in the loop. I'm not using a shroud either (no room!) so no doubt theres a big ol' dead spot.
Wow is that the new Storm block from swiftech please tell me how das it preform. And is it only block or the kit.Quote:

If you have some question on any things...i'm here to reply :P
Here is my system, i just redid it all. It's a terrible shot i know, and i don't have any pics of the hard drives bolted in above the CD rom drives. My digicam sucks. But you can kind of tell what's going on.
My temps are really great, the only disappointment is the UV green. It wasn't very bright so i put a few more drops into the loop... instead of making a brighter green, it clung to the tubing in its condensed iodine-looking form and ended up coating all the tubes with a dull red-ish color. So it's not much of a neon green...

Bacon,
The rad is holding up well. I don't know the exact pressure, but if you don't secure the tray to the case, it may bend slightly at the corner of the tray. I put in my motherboard after I attached the rad setup to the tray and it fit fine, so no warpage happened. The PC65 mobo tray is surprisingly durable and strong.
The only problem I have right now is taking the side panel off. I need to unscrew the tray from the case and slide it out about 1 inch before I can take off the side panel. I saw this problem in advance so I left extra length in the res-to-rad tube that snakes under my cpu block. If you look at my "teaser thread" you will notice the tray is slightly open and that tube is taut.

Biggest suprise: I was getting bad temps
Bad temps?! Wow, with a rad like that? Maybe a pump that can handle something like that is in order.
Usama aka Ferrari Freak
this pump can defenetly handle it. must be something wrong with the block I think
The pump is dumping about 3x more than heat than it should be. Get rid of it and get a pump more suitable for that application, like an Iwaki MD20RZT.
Oh go on then :p:

Well, I finally gave up on the nf3 Ultra-D so I made the switch to the nf4 Ultra-D and PCI-E 6800GT eVGA from my AGP 6800GT eVGA card...anywho, I just got it set up last night and only let it bleed for about 30 minutes or so, hence the reason for bubbles in the T-line as it's not 100% bled yet, also sorry for the xtreme closeups, but my computer is in a tight squeeze so I'm not even aiming, just holding the camera about 8 inches away and clicking lol:

http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=9/25117385374.jpg&s=x4
I was finally able to make a better turn from the graphics card to the T-line...my previous two setups had the tub coming from the right barb and making a weird loop which cause me to have to make a window in my sidepanel that extended off the sidepanel just to make room for the curving tube lol.

My first case-mod, water cooling, phase change (built a few rigs on air though)
@Leeum - the interior of that case is just beautiful. you did a GREAT job on the aesthetics in that thing. this is about what i want my case to look like on the inside. so pretty /slur
@cinOxen - you did a marvelous job fitting that rad into the window the way you did. what kind of molding is that around the window?
Thanks. Its blue-reactive window molding from frozencpu. I wish I took more time trying to fit it. It seems to need a fairly large radius to be able to go around corners and I wanted square lines to be able to extend the window up high in the front. It was the very last thing before I could say the rig is "done" (never really done) and I wasn't careful enough. I should have done it first ;)Quote:
