XtremeSystems 5,999,292
Kills me, I had 732 points not make it in for today..
WU finished right at the deadline.. DAMN!
Congratulations team, everyone that is participating is really making a difference. And to those members that don't return work on a daily basis I say, we miss you and need your help to improve our planet and to make it better for all of peoplekind. With all this talk about going green to save the planet what will it matter if there is no one here to enjoy it.
35K from a single pc, im guessing thats WCG points, not BOINC points right? or else, im really doing a bad job here....
yummy q6600s :D
keep up the work team. Validation Monday! :O
My open box junk... too bad I can't get open box DDR3 :shakes:
hahaha. very nice board nonetheless. Black PCB hands down. Hmmmm DDR3 sounds so nice but a bonfire for my wallet.

Anyone heard from DDtung since the earthquake over there?
He is a long way from the quake in HK though?
Anyway, great day indeed! Awesome to keep it up over the 5M...even better when we are pushing towards the 6M...
Ahh that 7.8 earthquake. Pretty big one happened but I didn't feel a thing. Very fortunate for us. I do know that at the CBD (central business district), evacuations were held for some of the big buildings.
As for the crunching, making our way to 6mil :D. Easing our way there. hehe
I'm still here.:D
DDTUNG:cool:
Great to hear from you DDTUNG ^^
Can't even touch those ?
I also hit 40k with one rig sometimes :wasntme:

 Nice day gentlemen!
Excellente. Muy bien :D
Hmm,i got so bored waiting for those two q9450 to arrive(delayed again) that a another q9300 is now heading in, in the mail as we speak, yeeey:eek:.
Never thought i would end up with five quads before Nehalem hit,, where is Dr.Sig, i need help!
No problem, Warlock :D
You have plenty of time to play with those cpu's before Nehalem will be out.
The first Nehalem chips will be very expensive , like the QX9650.
I think we'll have to wait until Q2 2009 before the first 'affordable' Nehalem chip is available.
Catch me if you can:ROTF:, loves the competion:clap:.
One of the e8400 just got exchanged for the q9300,hmm, testing as we speak.
I aint gonna overclock this one it seems, way to hot(its a bit cramped in the htpc setup). Hitting 60 degrees celsius on two, and 59 on two with coretemp.
Im using a zalman c9700 copper cooler thingy in a Thermaltake lanbox ht.. Guess i can live with that, but i think it was a bit high:yepp:.
Now where are my q9450s:shrug:. Ill promise you Jcool, no more quads now, those 5 will do(when i get all):D, atleast until Nehalem hits:rofl::ROTF:
That is not hot, in fact it's cold. coretemp shows way too high temps on those 45nm CPUs, use realtemp (or substract 10 - 12C). I had a Q9450 running at 75C realtemp with an IFX-14 (passive) at 3,2Ghz... noooo problem ran 20h prime.
I'll be checking on that, damn you if you don't keep your promise :shakes:Quote:

Nice day again

Wow nice. Well done team
I just started my Q6600 gaming box working and i'm crunching with BOINC. I'm new to WCG, decided to stop F@H.
I think everything is going ok so far with vista 64, though it seems to be up and down with the cpu usage.
XtremeSystems 5,585,417:up:
A good day!
Looks like a few of my systems had been constipated. Fixed that ( I hope! ).
Wow I remember not so long ago we were only 5mil average. Now that has changed to 5.5mil consistent. Excellent job team.
Evolving !!!
My best day yet, 171,883.
Wow loonym. Getting serious there. Some nice crunching power :D.
My day's production was off the charts. Exlax is good... :)

Dave, care to elaborate more on your plan?
Jaco, going for the Z7S? Very nice. Looking forward to it.
He sold both of those a while ago. The only reason he's still around is because he overclocked his dialysis machine.
I think he's selling his 'services' to lonely widows. I think I found his ad - http://www.escorts.com/viewprofile.asp?m=1921699. But I'm not sure - says he bi and I know Dave don't roll like that (believe me, I've tried).
Here's the plan and I hope it works..
I have that SM X7DWA-N board.
One E5450 is coming from that guy in England as a "gift"
Once thats here, I will buy another, the memory and cooling.
I have everything else to complete the system.
That at 3500mhz will do 35,000 a day on XP 64 bit
( proven and tested with the X5482's from Supermicro)
So 35K from that rig,25K from the clover,15K from the Q6600 =75K a day
Just read that guys add..
And what do you mean " I know Dave don't roll like that (believe me, I've tried"
Is there something I missed here because if you made a pass at me I damned well missed it..
I don't swing that way my friend, female company only..
Very old fashioned in that respect..
Dear Lord did I laugh when I read this!:ROTF:
Dave, have you heard anything about that CPU yet?
Yes, apparently he lost the email where I'd sent him my address, etc and he'd been away a few days on business.
I told him straight that to send when it was convienient for him and not to make a special trip, etc.
This was just a few days ago. Guy seems very straight to me and when it comes to stuff like this I undertand that "real life" comes first..

:up::up:
I broke my own personal best too 228,177. Could've been more if I know one of my quad was down. Problem fixed ... should do better next time.
Another good day for us!
lol, I hope so when I get everything running full speed and stable. The p5e3 premium is going back rma. Good clocker but generally a dog pile from my limited playing around. It keeps losing the usb detection, cmos randomly clears all settings, pci-e doesn't consistantly work with crossfireX. It's going to ups tomorrow. On a more positive note I'm going to try a giga x48t dq6 which conveniently will be arriving by ups tomorrow :D
I hear ya on that! Yesterday I had my best day ever ( though I did dump two quad's production; they currently don't have a permanent internet connection AND found a machine with 267 results to be uploaded- many of them expired ... :( ).
Today: about 50 or 60 K less than normal...
Been friggin crazy lately, with my production. Trying to get a handle on it.
Nice. I'd like to get one of the newer boards, but finances are iffy. Work has cut out almost all OT, for now, and I'm still getting acclimated to new economic realities, ie., a new car and car insurance. I mean I could get a new board, but I'm trying to be prudent and get a feel for things. AND summer is coming, was over 100F today, here. That means big power bills.Quote:

Nice goin', Huey!
F Me!
I knew it felt hot today...
I mean it gets hot here in May, but we usually have another week or two before it starts going through the top of the thermometer. :)Quote:
... Record high temperatures across the area this afternoon...
A strong ridge of high pressure over the area today resulted in many
official record temperatures being broken.
High temperature records for may 18th
Daggett California... 107 old record 102 set in 1954
Needles California... 111 old record 110 set in 2006
Las Vegas Nevada... ..104, old record 103 set in 2006
In addition to the above official records... unofficial records were
also set at...
Mount Charleston Nevada... 80 old reading 75 set in 2006
Kingman Arizona... ... ... ..99 old reading 98 set in 2006
With...
Death Valley California..118 old reading 116 set in 2006.
The National Park service also stated that the 118 degree reading
today was the earliest in the year that 118 degrees had been reached
with the previous record being may 22 2000.
Tomorrow is supposed to be hotter yet, but then temps are expected to drop all the way into the 80's, by Wednesday.
