superrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...
Is the heat output holding back the Kentsfield or is it the CPU "itself"?
Your CPU-score is OK. ;) :toast: Does it feels like that is close to maximum CPU-speed? There is no way theese quad can go much higher... Or is it??
Just short of 5GHz quad is just nuts k|ngp|n...I can't believe what a few of you guys are doing lately with all these toys.
Keep it up man. :toast:
I have runs with the quad done over 5ghz now with ln2 on the evo unit. The KF chip can only take so much voltage, then it just hits a wall and doesnt scale like the b1 does on volts.Quote:

Less than 1500 away from 100k now with 1436 nature tonight. Only a little over 5200mhz. 100k will fall no doubt by someone for sure. Pushing the cards about 90% on this one.

Little better 03 score with mostly cpu muscle still. I am working on a special bios just for a future 03 session only to really push the cards...
559fps nature 03 :). I am having some weird issue with my gt2's and gt'3 in 03 that I havent figued out yet or else this score would be much higher:

You need hipros 5.46ghz x6800 so 100k will fall ;) Nice scores!
Yeap......As I see it now, 100K will definately fall anytime soon....
Dumn Vince, you ALWAYS pull the scores higher and higher every time you post......:D :toast:
Nice scores.
Everyone inching towards that 100k, maybe fall in time for Christmas ?
Regards
Andy
And finally k|ngp|n fires back congrats master

Clocking the cards high on this setup is the easy part. I think 100k can be done with a little over 5300mhz now. Take the cpu power from my 5340mhz run and run it with this card power...there it is.
I was around 940-966/1220.Quote:

EDIT: I have to get some glasses... I saw now that it was X6800, not the quad-core you manage to get up to 401MHz. I am still amazed of the speed and scores though. ;)
i think kingpin already has a 100k but doesn't want to publish, his 98532 with only 5215,7 MHzQuote:

May be he just wants to get 100000 exactly as he did with 7900GTX (17000 @ 06) and 8800GTX (23000 @ 06)
maybe nvidia said to him, "just go slowly, you don't need to kill everybody's joy and publish top scores on the 1st day" :D
These scores are truly amazing :slobber: congratulations to Kingpin
At last I could play ST Armada 2 with the B5 patch smoothly on this :woot:
wow kingpin congrats man, those scores/clocks are crazy one day ill be trying to beat those clocks, lol (one day)
God dman man! Thats insane!
kingpin, OT, but I have always wondered, are you a a Tech N9ne fan? or did you just name your gfx pots that.
IIRC you are from michigan, so it would make sense.
thanks, sorry for the OT.

Do you think you will gain any performance from new drivers and how much more do you think can be squeezed from hardware?
what resolution did you use for this result?I haven't understood yet..
probaly standerd 1024x768 to be fair to evryone else...nice score,is that stable?game stable(4+ hours)?Quote:

ln² cools the pcd down, so the mem chips are cold enough.
Thanks mate. I thought as much, but wasn't very sure.Quote:
